Service department is completely disorganized. Very poor communication. Had vehicle for whole day and was told at 4pm that they weren't able to look at it because they were busy. Service rep couldn't understand frustration, and didn't really care. Not able to reach service advisor as voicemail was full. I would never go back.

Out of town and Stranded in Helena on Monday after Easter weekend with an electrical problem. Had my Expedition towed to the dealership but they said they couldn’t look at it until the next day or until the end of the week. Three service writers there sitting at there computers and none were interested in serving us to try and get us back on the road. No rental cars or by loaners but would drive us to a rental car company at the airport. Totally unprofessional and caring dealership. Tow company fixed our problem that afternoon.
