Had one rebate and was able to get the student rebate but they declined that rebate. But overall it was fine. See nick for someone dedicated to making you happy. Financially not much room for even talking. On the financial side of things. Proud to Have my bronco though

*Go to Mazda at Sports Durst in Durham instead* This review is only for the service department. I called them to set up an appointment to get an issue with my car diagnosed. The lady that answers the phone in this department needs an education on customer service. At one point during the conversation she said that I'll need to "drop the vehicle off and leave it with us". So I asked her to clarify how long it will take for them to look at it. She answered my question by repeating "you need to drop the vehicle off and leave it with us" in a slower tone. I understand the English language - that is not what I asked to be clarified. She had a very entitled tone to her voice that made it seem like she couldn't care less about whether you were a customer or not. On top of all of this she said that it would cost $150 for a diagnostic check and that cost would NOT go towards the cost to fix the problem. So I called Mazda at Sport Durst (in Durham) instead. They had FAR better customer service and said that the cost to diagnose WOULD go towards the cost of fixing the problem. So I would recommend everyone use them over the Cary location - even if it is a farther drive.

I had no problems buying my truck(I see now I just got lucky) almost a year ago and recommended my fiancé to buy her car from them thinking we could trust them. They found a car she liked but after she was approved and signed everything said that that car had too many problems(which I think was a lie because they had messed up the list price) and that they couldn’t sell it to her. They promised to make it right and We went over a few options and they said one of their employees just traded in a car that fits what’s she’s looking for and is very reliable…she hadn’t even made the first payment on it and she has to beat on her battery to even get it to start, all the sensors started malfunctioning, it has stalled and stopped working TWICE WHILE DRIVING!!!!(DANGEROUS). We didn’t deserve this treatment and knowing they knew about its issues(was an employees car) it just shows how little they care about their reputation. I was wanting to upgrade my vehicle but after this we will be doing business elsewhere.

We drove a little over an hour and a half to see an expedition max that had just been delivered to Scenic Ford, and we ended up driving her home! Let me say Scenic Ford was worth every minute of the drive. This was by far the best and quickest car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Our salesman was Jeff Wall and I could not recommend him enough! He was kind and straight to the point. Jeff even stayed after closing time to go over all the bells and whistles on our new expedition. There was no runaround, the folks at Scenic Ford are as honest and kind as they come. We wish they were closer so we could use their service department. We will definitely make the drive again when we need another vehicle.

I can't thank Modern Ford In Boone, NC "ENOUGH!!" Dave Chicoine, Brian McCulley and Adam Woodard helped me when my truck started having problems. I had just dropped my granddaughter off at App State and was heading home on a 5 hour trip when I needed their help. They went way overboard to help me at a late hour (the Dealership was actually closing when I walked in) arranging for the service I needed to take place early on the next day. We were looking for a used Ford Flex Limited . Crossroads Ford in NC advertised a 2018 with everything we were looking for and would accept our trade-in (which was in showroom condition, just as they required) Unfortunately their standards were much lower for their vehicles. They gave us the rookie sales person, which is fine but they claimed that any questions, descrepancies, or problems we had were our fault and we had to prove that they were lying and that the car was advertised correctly and any questions were answered by someone with little experience. So we ended up with only one key that works, no towing package or luggage rack, a loose windshield that had been replaced by them and a non-working rear window control. The car was not cleaned to showroom condition, many of the cupholders were full of old food and grime. And no cooperation from the dealership.

We would like to share our experience about pre-ordering our 2013 MKZ Hybrid at Lejeune Lincoln. We are returning customers and have been very satisfied with the sales and service department. They don’t use pushy tactics; make you feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy immediately. Our salesman Bob Peele spent over 3 hours with us on our first visit answering our questions and different options the vehicle has to offer. Bob gave us resources and information to research on the internet. We were convinced that the Hybrid was the vehicle for us. After contacting several other dealerships within a 100 mile radius we returned with a page full of questions (options, codes, packages, financing, etc.) Bob introduced us to the Sales Manager Gary Reynolds who together answered them all to our satisfaction. Lejeune Lincoln offered us the best price/customer service making us feel confident with this dealership. This resulted in the purchase of two 2013 MKZ Hybrids, one for us and the other for our youngest daughter who is stationed in Florida. We have also worked with Don Neff who sold our oldest daughter and son-in-law a 2012 MKX while home on leave last December. Don’s knowledge of the vehicle upon delivery was exceptional. Although they live in Nevada, he provides excellent customer service via the phone/email as needed. With our past and present experiences, we highly recommend Lejeune Lincoln for your next vehicle purchase.

This was the first car I bought from liberty. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me a new Milan. I love my new Milan. It has everything I wanted in a car and more. I don't know how I lived without sync before. I shopped around quite a bit and this was by far the best value. No stars! I called and then drove 2 hours to purchase an Aviator. I told them what time I would arrive and I arrived exactly on time. When I walked through the front door they all looked away. Car was sold while I was in transit but no-one bothered to call me to save my time. They had my name and cell #. Obviously a previous looker was called to make the deal before I arrived. Shady practice that I will share with all. Bad sales department!

Best buying experience I've ever had, they were genuinely friendly and didn't pressure me. I've shopped in Charlotte and Gastonia and hated the way I was treated. At Town Square everyone was pleasant, they answered my questions and, explained all my options. I understand they have the highest repeat buyer rate in the area, and its easy to understand why. The price I got in 5 minutes, was $1,600 less than I got in Gastonia after 4 hours. I'd recommend them and will be visiting them when I get my next truck.
