First of all every time I go to get an oil change or inspection there’s always grease on my interior and door. I just went to a 30,000 mile check up and an oil change grease on my door they didn’t change the sticker telling me when my next oil change is. How do I know that I got an oil change. They said I needed new tires so I got them they scratched all my rims. I called them they said that they were already scratched I said no way I take good care of my car I park a mile away when I go shopping. I sent pictures they said that they were going to talk to the manager chuck this was Friday July 3rd today is Tuesday July 6th still haven’t heard from them! This is how they take care of there customers! The service sucks there service people are very negligent. I don’t trust them! And I don’t want to take my car there anymore. My car looks old because of the negligent of service!

I purchased a commercial van from Springfield ford back in 2003 and my salesman Tom Devito was great ! Since then I have move away from area roughly 2-1/2hrs . Last September I ordered a new Transit van with that same guy almost 20 years later and he’s still there, that says something to me about him and the dealership. It took almost a year for my vehicle to come in with these crazy times but tom and dealership kept me informed during the way of what my vehicle status was. I finally got the call saying my vehicle was in and it was definitely worth the wait and was a pleasant experience throughout the process!!!! I would highly Recommend anyone who’s looking for a ford to go to Sprigfield ford and most definitely look for Tim, he’s a great man and a great salesman that’s very honest and knowledgeable.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler JKU Rubicon from Bill a few weeks ago. The Jeep was in pristine condition, very well kept and listed at a very reasonable price considering the current automotive climate. During the test drive we encountered a front, passenger/side brake caliper was locking up. The service team immediately pull the Jeep in for service, and replaced the front hardware on both sides. We also found a crack in the windshield the day after we brought it home, and I called to inform the service team of our findings. A day later I received a call from Safelite Auto Glass, and Haldeman Ford/Lincoln replaced the glass with a OE Mopar windshield - no questions asked, again. I worked with Wil and Bill on the deal, and these guys are straight shooters that know how to treat a customer. I’m not a Ford or Lincoln guy, but they treated me like I was purchasing a new car from their brand. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford, Lincoln, or any car listed on their Allentown, PA dealer lot - you’ll be treated respectfully and fairly, that much I can guarantee.

He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. Visited the dealership to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge that was advertised in the Washington Observer newspaper. I dealt with salesman Craig W. and he was very cordial and understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Between Craig and the used car manager Dan, it was a very stress free experience. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle as I wasn't sure it was what I really wanted, I will definitively consider doing business there in the future if I see a vehicle that really interests me.
