Purchased a used 2017 F250 which was supposed to have passed a Ford inspection. I drove it 3 hours on the interstate to get home and had loud metal on metal grinding noises coming from the front end. This was a Saturday. Did not drive the truck again until Monday morning to drive it straight to a repair shop where I was told it needed rotors and brakes. Cost $598. Had to spend this before I could drive the truck. I called Phillip, the salesman, who told me they might be able to meet me half way and reimburse around $300 and mail me a check. I was ok with this. I thought that was a fair request. Phillip said he'd check with his manger and let me know. He never followed up. I've had to call and email numerous times to finally get the answer today (after about 3 weeks) that no they are not going to help out. This is disappointing for a Ford dealership who told me the truck passed an inspection and 3 hours later I had serious brake issues. I'd be ware before purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. The plastic roof molding was also loose and Phillip told me just to "glue it back on", which I did and it seems to be holding. I feel like that too should've been caught in their inspection. I didn't ask for them to fix it, just asked how I could fix it. I felt I was being more than reasonable since I just spent $37,000 on a truck.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Ordered a Civic for my daughter in early October, when car finally came in, Jenkins & Wiley tried to add an extra $1800 of cost not shown to me on the buyers order. We agreed on pricing and they said “they made a mistake on the paper work,” how convenient. Sales guy was very nice and always followed up, but when speaking to the manager Robert , I could tell the market has really fueled their EGO. I wish they would just stick to their agreed paper work and not bait and switch. I came up on price over $800 more than what was presented months ago. Then we were $400 apart (mind you I am paying way over MSRP). I asked if they were going to loose a customer who ordered a car and drove 1.5 hrs, I even agreed to split the $400, they said NO! So, I offered more, they lost a customer over $200.00! That ordered a car!! If you’re looking for a car, don’t walk way run! These managers are super shady and don’t keep their commitments. When the market levels out, I think they will wish they spent more efforts on customer retention

We were looking for awhile for a truck when we went to Ted Russell Ford and met Mary Lynn. My husband was set in a truck with a list of things and he wasn’t settling for anything less. Well Mary Lynn found what he wanted and when we saw it we were extremely satisfied. It was more than we expected. Mary Lynn is very knowledgeable and honest. She made it a pleasure and I would highly recommend Ted Russell Ford and Mary Lynn. We will definitely purchase from here again

Bought a used VW. Test drove it with the salesman in the backseat. Husband is incredibly knowledgeable about cars so he fully inspected it as did I & all looked great. They didn’t want to negotiate much AT ALL on the price which is unusual based on every car we’ve ever owned. After we agreed to price & signed to purchase, the car was taken to get gassed up & “detailed” while the financing Dpt tried selling us an extended warranty. We declined that & went to lunch. Came back & the car was ready. Husband got not even 5 minutes from the dealership when he called me (I was driving our car back) & said there was a large crack in the windshield. We were absolutely shocked because when we test drove it, the crack was not there. It was like a large rock smacked the windshield only NOT WHILE IT WAS IN OUR POSSESSION. Husband called immediately & of course they said they would do nothing because we purchased the car used. We paid CASH for this vehicle & to add insult to injury, they only washed up the exterior of the car & didn’t bother to touch the interior. Worst experience ever with a dealership. Will never go here again.

A simple oil change and again, another review. From the peaceful waiting area to the amazing staff, I am always treated with absolute courtesy and professionalism coupled with compassion. The cost on each occasion has been fair and presented really well. No matter the position of each person, all have key knowledge of every process throughout the dealership. Really rare in my view. They always express an interest in me as well. I look forward to each visit. The business model is simply off the charts exceptional. See you soon!!!

This car lot is dishonest and does not value your time avoid! I'd trust a mixed drink from Bill Cosby more than them. Made a apointment to buy a car. Got preaproved and confirmed apointment. Drove 2 hours for them to tell me they sold my car. Then I saw them re list it the next day.
