I primarily dealt with Dean Betz and he was everything you want your sales rep to be during the entire experience. He was very personal, professional, and did everything he said he would. The negotiations were straight forward (no games) throughout the whole process. He seriously went above and beyond, while making everything comfortable and it made me feel just great (no buyer remorse here, I am thrilled) that I got a great car and at a great price, AND received awesome service deals to boot.
