I had a lot of questions over the phone and a lot of times it was already after office hours. He made sure that we get the one that we wanted. On our very first visit, we fell in love with the car we requested from him, went for a test drive, signed the paperwork and everything went smoothly. Josue was friendly, very knowledgeable, and patiently worked with us while we came to our final decision. He even met with us the following day to review all the car’s features and sent us links for tech recommendations. At first it was bothersom getting text & calls from them all the time. It kept me real and the fact that I needed a new car, my old car felt like it was becoming unsafe to drive. When I first started to walk in Daniel greeted me, he was cool and calm. Which I do well with, do not do well with strong & arrogant (pretentious). Probably would have walked right back out! His approach was perfect with no expectations I knew what I wanted due to the fact that I had been on their website many times. The team took care of me; washed my car and made me feel at ease and confident with my purchase. Thank you Team Mazda!

I'm only leaving a single star because you can't leave a comment without a minimum one-star rating. I went to Redlands CDJR to buy a replacement key fob and have it cut and programmed (approx $315). I bought the key with no problems. The cutting and programming of the key was a different story. The key was programmed correctly, but the keyless entry features didn't work. They wanted to charge me $186 to diagnose the problem but after talking to the lead service advisor he agreed to waive the diagnostic fee to figure out what was wrong. I left the vehicle at the dealership and checked in a few hours later. I was informed that the keyless entry still wasn't working and they believed that it was because I had replaced the factory radio. I called several stereo installers and a few other dodge dealerships in the area for a second opinion. All agreed that the stereo had nothing to do with the keyless entry system. The next morning after getting a call from the dealership I went to pick up my car. I was told that the problem hadn't been fixed and the missing radio was the problem. I let the lead service advisor know that I had called around and what I had been told. He said that the missing stereo was the cause and short of reinstalling a factory radio there was nothing he could do. I left the dealership and immediately went to the closest auto parts store to test the keyless entry transmitter. Sure enough, the battery was dead and it wasn't working. I bought a new battery and replaced it, the issue was solved. Keyless entry now works perfectly. I don't know if this was a money grab by the dealership trying to get me to pay for useless services and or parts, or a display of the utter lack of intelligence on the parts of both the lead service advisor and the service technicians doing the work. I'll let you decide. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Redlands CDJR and will happily tell anyone willing to listen to do the same thing. Update 10/14/22: Went back to the dealership and spoke with the service manager directly and described my experience. He immediately apologized for my inconvenience and refunded everything I had paid, and even paid for the replacement batteries for the remote.

I've been going here for nearly 10 years and the service has gone down the tubes. In short, I had to return 4 times to get a window leak fixed. I was provided no concession and was even incorrectly charged for the service. I had to follow-up 4 times over 2 weeks before someone called me back to address it (when I was told they would get back to me the next day). Just really poor service, expectations, etc. I will never use them again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I inquired about a used vehicle they had.  The salesman I was working with was helpful, or so I thought.  Because of COVID-19 and having a 5 year old,  I made it clear that I wanted financing and all paperwork set so I would not have any problems once at dealership.  The day I was supposed to go there,  the sales man said to hold off until he got bank approval.  A few hours later, he said come on down your all set. I was at the dealership 3 hours just sitting... eventually I paid my down-payment,  signed paperwork and left with new (used car). 3 days passed and the dealership is calling saying finance fell through.  I didn't understand considering I had already signed paperwork.  Apparently,  they pulled a "spot delivery" which is legal, however bad  sales tactics in my opinion. They wanted me to sign a new contract, double the monthly amount. They sent a salesman to my home so I would sign.  They did not give me a copy of new contract. I called over and over as well as sent emails. 6months went by before they emailed me the new contract. They put my signature on an extended warranty with someone else's info!! Not even for my car. When I said something about it, the finance manager said it could not be refunded and that he would fix the wrong info error. So he sent me a new document with my car info, including my signature. I DID NOT SIGN THIS DOCUMENT. It is illegal to alter a contract without permission of all parties. I told the finance manager what he did was illegal. And that I never agreed to this added on mechanic service. He replied with I will have a manager call you. That never happened. And all emails, calls have gone unanswered. I expect to be refunded for the full amount charged for the mechanic add on.
