Buying a car from Passport was one of the better experiences I have had car buying. And it particularly stood out in the current environment. First, because they had cars. Second, because the price was fair. My salesman, though young, was knowledgeable and blessedly low key. The sales manager was helpful and friendly. Finance is required to run through add-ons that I did not want but even they were quick and did not pressure me. And finally I brought the car in for service to add an option. It seemed busy, but I was brought in in time and it was finished in half the estimated time.

Dave at Ourisman is the best. When he say it can done, he means it. He works miracles, he won’t give up until he gets you in a vehicle of your choice. He’s very knowledgeable of the financing process and goes out of his way to make sure by the end of the day you have a full understanding of the buying process. you began to trust him. Dave goes in depth with explanations, I understood my chances of financing before we even got started. When he say have faith in him, please do. His customer service skills are amazing. His team is awesome, when they say they can get it done that’s exactly what they do. I like the one-on-one I had with the finance manger. He was very truthful about what he is capable of doing. He’s not like of dealers, he actually take time out to speak to lenders directly to negotiate your chances. My wife and I recently retired to Delaware. On a windy bitter cold Saturday morning while visiting in Denton the front passenger window of my 2014 Mazda CX5 failed to raise. My wife was the passenger and we traveled with a small dog on board. Home was 59 miles away. Driving a long distance under those circumstances would be unbearably cold, noisy and unsafe. Fortunately my wife located Preston Mazda thru her cellphone. We showed up unannounced, cold and desperate. The service dept was booked, but the service manager(s) took us in, made us feel welcome and took care of our problem. We are so grateful and Preston Mazda won our future business. Tom & Trish K.

I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. They also gave me a wonderful price for my trade in as well. Also Todd and Amin got me awesome 1.9% financing as well and saved me a bundle as well. Was held for 2 hours with no deal,and was told I would never get a new Mazda for the money I wanted to spend. Nice customer service right? Went to another dealer about 20 minutes East and drove off in less than 1 hour with a new Mazda 3. I will not go back to Sharrett Mazda to even look. I do my homework on prices,and decide what I want to spend for the type of car,and model trim. I will not burst my budget just for a car that will loose around $8000 as soon as you leave the lot. People buy with your head!! Look past the shiny vehicle you DON'T need and think!!! Avoid buyers remorse,because you will learn what it is. All the while being a slave to that car you just bought. They did not have much to pick from unless you wanted to buy all the bells/whistles. If you buy there you just payed WAY too much GUARANTEED. I laugh at their deceptive adds on the radio.
