My relationship with Alden Mazda began 2015 when I purchased my first brand new 2015 Mazda CX5 there. It's 2022 and I still have that Mazda. I bring it for servicing at Alden Mazda for the past 7 years. The workmanship and integrity of the staff are outstanding. Since then I have purchased 2 other Mazdas; Mazda 6 for my son and a Mazda 3 for my daughter. Both certified pre-owned vehicles in outstanding condition. The sales person was Chris and he took me through the process seamlessly. Amy was supportive through financing. Chris and Amy were sincere, friendly, and informative. Servicing is very important to me. I am busy and I want a solid relationship with servicing vehicles. We depend on our Mazdas for work and school. I can't say enough about the servicing department at Alden Mazda. Courtney is the best. Courtney and Joe always greet me with a smile, just professional, knowledgeable and honest. I bring the cars for oil changes,, etc. I feel like you pay for what you get and really their price is reasonable yet the service of my Mazdas is outstanding and most importantly reliable. I have no regrets at purchasing and servicing my Mazdas at Alden Mazda. I highly recommend!!!

Would recommend. Great overall experience. I caught the sales manager on the phone just before closing and mentioned a couple issues I had--very minor and cleared up quick. Ira went far beyond expectations to make up for any issues I had. Leo was great to work with, very helpful, professional, and responsive. Again, didn't expect to get called back after business hours. Rob Lewis in finance also very professional. Gave us a detailed walk through of the menu and the paperwork and we were out the door pretty quick. Thanks all!

I had not owned a vehicle for a few years, so I was starting from scratch and he made it quick and easy. He answered my questions regarding insurance, helped me secure a loan, and registered the vehicle for me. The dealership also did the state inspection. I just picked my car up last night and the whole process was seamless from start to finish!
