I purchased my new CX30 on Saturday, Nov 28. the window sticker on the vehicle at the bottom states $440 credit for Bose stereo . ok, Bose stereo, un be known to me this $440 credit is for SXM radio . Very very misleading. If my car has this verbiage on the window sticker THAN ALL Mazda's regardless of model have the same verbiage. I addressed this matter with Nancy O'Connor (my sales person) .First I had to let Nancy know, I was not angry with her, nor Bommarito Mazda south , I am angry with Mazda Corp for the misleading window sticker(s) Nancy calmed me down. she is a great asset to Bommarito Mazda . leasing from her was very easy/ painless and quite enjoyable. Nancy and the staff at Bommarito South are are in total agreement , that a course needs to be implemented , to let customers know, EXACTLY what is included , and not included on the widow sticker . Otherwise go see Nancy O'Connor at Bommarito Mazda South, she's a great lady and a lot of fun to work with.

I would like to edit this review. I was contacted by the sales manager at Luther Lee's Summit Sean(sp) Hanson whose customer service was outstanding. He took the time to truely listen to why I was frustrated and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He stated that his ultimate goal was to improve the customer service and experience at Luther's and if he continues to focus on this as he did with me I do believe he will greatly improve this dealership. I am changing my review rating to a 4 star based on Sean alone at this time and the belief that he will head this dealership in the right direction I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to write this. I started this process with Eddy's Mazda where I put down a deposit for a car in transit (2022 CX 5 Premium Plus). One of the reasons I bought from here is that they had a lifetime warranty that came with the purchase of the car. I was not made aware at any time that this dealership was selling to Luther's until the car came in and it was available for me to pick up. To my dismay I found that this dealership did not offer the warranty nor did they offer me anything to make up for this. I also then found out via text messages from my sales associate that my car did not come with the SD card for the navigation system and was told I would have to purchase that. I even asked my sales person via text how much that would cost and never received an answer. I know that at this time dealerships are in control but someday they will have a glut of cars again and will be begging for business. I feel that since I was never told of the sale of this dealership and the loss of the lifetime warranty that they should have at least thrown in the SD card for the navigation system. Also when the paperwork came in they called me and told me that I could not pick it up at the dealership I bought the car I would have to pick it up at the other dealership they bought which was 45 minutes away from me. I did demand they get the paperrwork to where I bought it but it took me getting upset to get that done. Once they have your money and/or loan you no longer mean anything.

This dealership adds $2000 to the price of the car for greed only. The salespeople are rude and argumentative. The general manager condones this behavior because she is combative herself. Beware!!!

Great Experience, friendly and courteous staff, as soon as you walk in the door you were greeted and not rushed into something you don't want or can't afford. Provided up to date information and even searched the web for similar trucks to make sure I was getting the best price, if they don't have it, they can find it and get it for you.
