I recently bought a used Honda Accord EXL which I had - Wildeyes07
I recently bought a used Honda Accord EXL which I had been looking for some time. I extremely appreciated the no hassle price and no unexpected add ons! No stress! The price of the doc fees where much lower then other dealerships. It was a very pleasant experience working with Wayne Calabretta and Chuck Sarkady! Now it's time to enjoy my new car :) Thank you, Alexandra Drucker

This dealership is first class from when you first walk - macsamjr
This dealership is first class from when you first walk in to purchase a vehicle to the first visit to the service department. Everyone is friendly. My salesman Joe was awesome and Eric in the service department keeps you informed while you are in for the service. Was also very impressed with the video inspection of the vehicle. I will continue to come back for my service and would highly recommend this dealership to others

Lie to you which is unfortunate. - Soulclapping
Lie to you which is unfortunate. Told diagnostic for check engine light is $230 but not if you get repairs done there. Thats not true. Bill came back as $300 for replacing gas cap. Strangely tjey priced labor as $230 diagnostic price. I guess getting rippedoff is commonplace now but dont lie to us about it. Really sad. It doesnt cost $300 to put in a gas cap. Enjoy our money for your Thanksgiving holiday. Gobble gobble. Greedy good for you.
I came to Open Road with a considerable challenge. - writer
I came to Open Road with a considerable challenge. Still in an open bankruptcy, I needed to make a change in vehicles. I wanted to trade in a gas guzzler and get into a more economical car. My internet inquiry connected me with Margaret Ferrara at Open Road. Margaret and management was infinitely patient and quite helpful in coordinating all the extra paperwork necessary to get me in a car. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Visited this dealer twice in same day to buy car for... - Timothy McFadden
Visited this dealer twice in same day to buy car for college student. On second visit, we wanted to test drive car. Picked the car. Sam had keys in hand and got drivers license info but started his hard sell. Said we had to agree to financials first but would only give us loan numbers - not actual price of car. Then said he needed to do credit check, which was fine, but I told him we weren’t buying a car without ever driving it. He disappeared to see manager again. When he returned, he said the car was now not available to test drive. Total waste of time.
