We knew the exact car we wanted to see and about what we were willing to pay for it before arriving. Jay handed me off to Haroon, who was polite and fast to facilitate our needs (test driving the car, getting the trade-in appraised). We got the initial number and Jay sat down with us to talk turkey. I gave my target number, he met it, and we sealed the deal. Very straightforward without so many of the sales tactics I've come to expect during the process, which was in its sixth week (with as many dealerships involved) at that state. Would come back again.

Great experience thanks to Mr. Israel Alcivar. Greeted me at the door smiling behind the mask. He was Respectful, Friendly, Polite and very knowledgeable. The dealership was Mint, Vehicles were Gleaming. We zeroed in on the all New CX30 Select Trim Line. Wait till ISRAEL tells you about all the safety features that are in this CX30. 2.5 4 cyl. AWD Tremendous Screen that does not impair your vision. He was so attentive, I couldn’t believe this man. Mazda is lucky to have such a dedicated consultant, strike that: Sales Manager. No back and forth he listened intently and agreed to a deal that was incredible in my eyes. He changed my plates from my expired lease to my New Deep Crystal Blue Mica CX-30. Soon after that I had my New ID cards. Signed the contract. Taught me all the features of my new vehicle and I was on the road. What a pleasant experience. Mazda I was in Management for 40 years, now retired. MAZDA recognize this asset and Promote this man to General Manager, he will train your consultants, Sales Managers on how to please your customers. Don’t lose him to a different company, he will be hard to replace. Thank you so much Mr. Israel Alcivar you should be proud of yourself. I was very pleased with the web service and how fast someone responded back to me and how fast I got an appointment to test drive a CX-5. The price was right for me. Customer service was excellent. Nima pirouzi treated my husband and I with respect and told us everything we needed to know about the CX-5 Mazda. Romano Mazda showroom was very clean and well kept and very friendly. By far they beat every other dealers price for the Mazda CX-5. I am very pleased with my new ride and Pleased with Romano Mazda I am very pleased with Nima Pirouzi.

Bought a pre-owned Mazda CX-5. Ken Bryant, the product specialist we dealt with was great. Found a nice vehicle, test drove it, worked out an acceptable deal and away we went! Upon delivery, we found some spots on the roof that concerned us a great deal. After informing Ken, he scheduled an appointment to evaluate the issue. After seeing the areas of concern, Ken arranged a plan to repair the roof. All repairs were completed within a week and we were very pleased with the whole operation. We would recommend Ken Bryant and the entire staff at Burdick Mazda if you’re in the market for a new or used Mazda!

Bought a 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring and I have 6,000 miles on it in 6 months. the hood is chipped very badly, and they won't help at all. They said it was probably because of the road I drive on (which is the same road they are located on) I drive 8 miles round trip to work. I was told to call Mazda Corporate which I am doing today. The person who gave me an appraisal yesterday was condescending and rude. PS - Customers can hear you talk if you leave the office door open SMH

2 for 2! I purchased my first brand new Mazda CX-5 from Route 9 Mazda in 2014 and I went right back there when it was finally time for me to buy a new car yesterday! This time I bought a CX-30! Randy was a complete and total joy to work with! He took the time to listen to what I needed in a vehicle and in the end, I purchased the perfect one! I was a little nervous about having to go into a dealership to buy a new car as I hadn't done so in almost a decade, but Randy put my mind at ease and made the process as painless and enjoyable as possible. He is such a very sweet and kind man who cares about his customers! He is extremely thorough and makes sure that you are satisfied with your decision before you walk out the door. The finance manager was incredible too! He gave me a great rate and was very detailed when explaining my purchase options. I highly recommend Route 9 Mazda to anyone in the market! They are amazing!

I had to visit this dealership after getting very cold assistance from my local MAZDA of Valley Stream. This place is the complete opposite. From the moment you walk in the door you and your business are treated like it’s appreciated. Needing a very minor and inexpensive part I was warmly treated by Josuah, a sales consultant who went out of his way to show me where I needed to go to find the parts department. Reginald and especially Moises Mendoza were extremely helpful and like I said I purchased a very inexpensive part but Moises gave me his card and said just call him whenever I need assistance. Jahnette from the cashier was very kind and friendly. I had to find the source behind the positive energy in this place and was warmly greeted by the General Manager Jack DePalo and like the saying goes Attitude is a reflection of Leadership, it was no surprise why this was the case. This location will by no surprise be my home for parts, service and me and my children’s next new car purchases.

We took our Mazda 3 here to have it's 60k mile check done. We knew a few things would raise there attention but a good test of their service is will they see it and tell us. No they did not. No mention of the battery which could use changing and we've been told this by two other sources, and this was not one. One set of rotors need changing as my other set was replaced a year ago, no mention of this. And my kicker, I changed my oil to synthetic about four years ago and most places ask what type of oil since synthetic is becoming much more common. This place didn't and we failed to let them know (yes we admit failure) the mechanic never noticed and we didn't think about until we got home. I had to return after the holiday to have this changed at my expense because they took no fault. About $200+ later And we got a headache, two oil changes and the coolant flushed (supposedly) do not take your car here!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of the way! Hopefully something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I know where I can go for outstanding customer service in servicing my vehicle. Thanks again Dawn, Mike and Christine for your incredible effort in getting me home!

Best car buying experience ever. There are three dealerships closer to me, but I drove an hour for my 2018 CX5. Continued to service my car there and found a beautiful 2020 Mazda 3 just waiting for me. Shane is honest and so willing to explain every detail.

Very poor customer service. - Spotter

We purchased a 2010 Matthews Mazda CX-9 from here in 2013. Long story short, 3 years into it, nothing but headaches and free car washes from this dealership. They quoted us 3800-4800 for a transmission because they said the one in our 2010 cx9 was shot (transmission fluid was completely burnt and had ruined solenoids) or I could trade in the car to them for 4000. I have since taken it to two other transmission mechanics and they cannot find the problem Matthews Mazda was talking about. Both separate Mechanics could have lied to me and said the same thing Matthews Mazda did and i would of forked the money over but they said there wasn't anything wrong. Yeah the fluid in the transmission was dark but that was normal. But Matthews Mazda will try and take you for every penny in their service department. Most people like to know what services they are having done and the price before they do the work, not after when your about to check out after sitting there all day and find out they did services you did not expect and now you owe them hundreds of dollars. So back to the tranny problem, Their price for a used cx-9 transmission from Dons Auto Parts 3,800+tax. Matthews Ford (Same Matthews Company) will get that same exact transmission from Dons Auto for 2500 including labor. I asked them to at least match that price. The 'service adviser' Joe actually scoffed, he doesn't like to be questioned, actually talks down to you when your asking questions. He said no they will not match that, it doesn't matter I purchased the car from them, doesn't matter it barely has 80,000 miles on it and we have always kept it serviced. I have owned many Mazda's always purchased them from dealerships, only went with Matthews Mazda because I loved the convenience of it being right in Vestal where I travel often.I should have done my research better. Check for yourself Romano's Mazda in Syracuse is a much better choice, they have better selection, they are in for the long haul, offering certified Mazda's at honest prices. Do yourself a favor, go the extra mile to Romanos, do the research for yourself. I personally will never purchase a car from Matthews Mazda again, nothing but disappointments and tons of coupons for free car washes. Thanks, but no thanks. Oh and my Mazda CX-9 they offered 4,000 for, the one they said was ruined but ran like it was still new... I just got 11,000.
