Outgoing, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing here, we would recommend it. Only reason we didn’t purchase here was because they didn’t negotiate with us as much as another dealership

Very pleasant car buying experience, usually not the norm! Our sales person Jared Thompson was very knowledgeable of their inventory and the options they had to offer. He answered all questions and actually took us out to the vehicles and demoed them, with all the hi tech features now a days your lucky to use half of them. But explained in very non tech vocabulary to make it all easy to understand. Financing went smoothly and received a fair price for our trade in…All in all was the smoothest car buying experience we ever had. Thanks to the team at McDaniels Volkswagen on Killian. No attention to detail - Runner316

Nice sales folks, but the financing and business office is a nightmare. I didn't get copies of critical documents, all documents had incorrect information after going through 5 reprintings, and they did FOUR hard credit pulls for someone with an 820+ credit rating. The place is a disaster
