I've been going to Lee Johnson Mazda of Seattle since 2006, when it was University Mazda. The service folks I deal with have been working there longer and have outstanding knowledge and ability to repair/maintain my car. Are they more expensive than some local shop? Maybe, but often I've found that they're priced very competitively for labor, and of course they sell factory parts, which are typically more than the cheap after market stuff. If you care about your Mazda, this is a great place to take it!

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Seila and John were amazing to work with. They really do treat you like family. Seila kept me in the loop on the search for my Mazda the entire way. John the sales manager even met me on his day off at the bank so I can hand him the check for the car, so I didn’t have to drive back down to the dealer. The employees at Doug’s really go out of their way to provide a great purchase experience. Very straight forward process, overall the most relaxed and stress free process. The way it’s supposed to be.

Horrible experience, waited 1:30 hours for an oil change at the Service department. They lied to my face that they are working on the car and that oil change takes 90 minutes. I finally demanded my car back and they brought it… they didn’t even started servicing after 1:30 hours. Stay away from them, absolute nightmare of customer service. Ironically, on the wall they say they aim for truly costumer satisfaction. For sure note the people that I had to deal… they have zero empathy for what happened.
