Our salesperson was Jim, and he was simply wonderful. He listened to our needs and our story with an unexpected compassion: much different from our experience at International Auto just up the road. I don't endorse International Auto by any means because of their impersonal very pushy treatment and deceiving handlings with us. Jim at Van Horn Mazda in Sheboygan on the other hand, laid everything out for us with documentational support and did not try to pressure us into anything. He refreshingly let us make no pressure decisions which made it very easy to trust him. When we told him our story, he got together with his superiors to make it possible to fill our needs and leave with a very positive experience. By giving us a loving environment, he made the whole (normally stressful) experience very pleasant. Multiple times during our engagement, Jim went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. When we were getting ready to leave with our new vehicle he even showed up with McDonalds (which was going to be our next stop because our youngster was hungry)! I can't think of a more pleasant salesperson. We are so grateful that Jim is the one we were blessed with, and he deserves all the five-star reviews he has earned.

We had an excellent experience with our latest purchase. We had already checked out other dealerships and decided to see what Chippewa Valley Mazda had to offer. We loved that they were fair in their pricing, especially when considering what other dealerships had to offer. We appreciated the honest, upfront numbers and the great personalities and sense of humor of staff. Drew did an amazing job of coordinating the sale and trade-in. He worked quickly and was flexible with us since we were in a bit of a time crunch due to our work schedules. Scott and Alisha did a great job of crunching numbers, explaining them, and looking out for our best interests. Of all the cars we’ve bought over the years from various dealerships, this has definitely been our best experience, and we look forward to being customers at Chippewa Valley Mazda for years to come!
