We had the best experience with this dealership yesterday. We bought a car over the phone and they were totally ethical and the experience was a delight. The salesman was named Ramon Rivera and was by far the best sales associate we have ever dealt with. Thank you Ramon and Fairfield Mercedes.

PA resident traveling home from NH the Saturday after Thanksgiving when the check engine light on my GLK started flashing on I-84 ... pulled over in Danbury and AAA towed her to MB of Danbury. Monday a.m., I called the service department and was told there were other cars ahead of my unexpected arrival, but they would do what they could. Mid-day I received a call and text msgs from Jennifer Ramik with the diagnosis, along with other recommended service. One needed part (a coil) was a Wednesday delivery but they managed to secure it sooner from a nearby dealership, so my car was finished, test driven, washed, and ready for pickup by Tueday a.m. Extremely grateful for the courteous, fast and efficient service; Jennifer Ramik could not have been more professional and responsive. Very pleasant to deal with in a stressful situation. Although I was as over-a-barrel as one could be, the MBofD service department did not take advantage and, obviously, got me back on the road quickly.
