Great experience. First of all, after laying out our criteria and goal, Cody did some digging for us and located a car we had not previously seen on the lot. M B of Clearwater was our first stop on our quest to get a high quality, used, four-seat convertible. We spent the rest of the week being disappointed by the rest of the dealers in Pinellas county. The Clearwater team gave us more than expected for my wife’s urban assault vehicle and former hockey hauler/trade in. I had a car reserved with a Visa card next thing I know they sold the car out from under me. Maybe because I wasn’t paying the $10,000.00 above retail witch we agreed to but the new customer probably was. I even talk to the car manager and he told he was sending the paper work after I sent the visa. They has my visa way before the new customer came in. I have bought many cars in my lifetime this was the worst thing I believe they could do. Very shady I wouldn’t expect this out of a Mercedes dealer. I will be contacting many of their corporate bosses. I still can’t believe people are paying $10,000.00 above retail.
