Difficult and time sensitive situation made a late Thursday drop-off at the dealers problematic. Was able to receive vehicle after order of parts on Friday and repair of vehicle first thing Saturday AM. Was on way to NYC and remained on schedule. Thank you, Dennis O'Kain

Sara was friendly, an attentive listener, clear communicator, very knowledgeable, and honest. More than loving the vehicle we decided to purchase, it was Sara's ability to establish report with us that was the ultimate deciding factor to give our business to Critz-Mercedes-Benz. Jackie, in the blue shirt--a Customer Service Representative, confirmed our choice of Critz-Mercedes-Benz by going above and beyond her duty to make us comfortable and by consistently checking on us. Intended to purchase my second Subaru from this dealer. That was until it was revealed to me that the pricing online including "The Internet Price Today" was BS. We drove the car and told Mike to write it up. Write it up he did! Came back to the desk and added $4200 to MSRP Claiming it was a hard to get model and they were justified in doing that. Not much discussion after that. A manager came in to try to convince me ,I said no and left. Got the feeling Mgr thought Mike gave us the inflated figures the day before and we were aware before test drive. Had he I'd never have wasted my time. We bought the same car the same day at MSRP with no BS from Stiver Subaru in Decatur. The whole process couldn't have been more pleasurable. AVOID Subaru of Macon!!!!!!! There are much better choices.
