Sometimes you just need to shop. For me, it had been years. Tom allowed me to learn about the brand, and test drive. Coincidentally,just as I was certain the GLC was for me, and I was deciding between 2, Shawn happened to check back with me. I exchanged very transparently where things were at for me. She listened and was the spark that helped me want to finish the deal with Ciocca Flemington. I came back, requested Tom who was helpful and knowledgable at my initial visit. He quarterbacked the team and saw me through the deal. The team was pleasant. Buying a car is not a quick process. There will be wait time. Once their banking finalized, moving toward final details and being set up with new technologies to make sure you're ready to leave the lot, took place. There's a lot of details in buying a car. I wish others good riding in their own car experience. Thank you Tom, Shawn, Vinny, and Manager. I appreciated your help!.
