Jonathan Toth was my service advisor and was great to deal with. Kept me informed and in the loop as I waited in the customer area for a 5 hour service on my GLE550e (not listed below). All was done well. I liked the videos of the service and what needed to be done too. It was pricey, but expected and needed. I got the B-Service, wheel alignment and a tow cover replaced. Wow, many of old names listed below in sales, many haven't been there in years.

Excellent service department. Mr. Nick saved the day. He is an exceptional Product Concierge. I called in a panic because I could not disengage the parking brake, and the outside temperature was registering 101 degrees. Mr. Nick was able to walk me through troubleshooting to release the brake. It is reassuring to have access to such knowledgeable and professional service.

Stay away from these arrogant scam artists. Especially the incompetent service department and the service manager Dale. I am a mercedes enthusiast and currently own 3 mercedes vehicles On 3 occasions in the last 2 years I have taken vehicles in with problems. All 3 times the problem was misdiagnosed and I was told it would cost thousands to repair, despite a full warranty on the vehicles. The most recent a (a week ago) involved a sprinter van. My only choice was to travel to Raleigh to Leith mercedes, where unlike Bob King, I was treated with humility and respect.. All 3 times the problem was minor and easily fixed under warranty. Take my advise and don't be taken by these scamers and take your mercedes to Leith.

During a scheduled service late Summer I was informed that I needed new brakes and rotors. I scheduled an appointment and was shortly informed that "somehow" not all the parts were available. I was ASSURED that the parts would be available in 3-4 days. I scheduled ANOTHER appointment in 10 days. Yesterday, I get to the dealership and after 20 minutes was ONCE again told that the parts weren't there. I'm NOT retired and have to take time off from work to get service done. Hence, my patients at the VA I work at were NOT seen. Why didn't anyone at the service department call me beforehand, twice, to let me know about the lack of parts???? I no longer have a trust or faith with this dealership and plan to take my vehicle elsewhere for service/repairs and any potential future purchases. Shame on you! Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem
