I only sometimes put reviews. I want to share my UNPROFESSIONAL experience, especially with the finance team. I bought a pre-certified Porsche Macan from this dealership. My experience with the finance department could be better. When purchasing the car, I mentioned I wanted to go with a bank that gives me the lowest interest, and I would put the money down to get the lowest interest. I was given only one option; I got a loan approval for 0 down and an interest rate of 6.64%. "I asked then if this was the lowest interest rate I could get." I was told that this is the best rate you can get due to the demand for cars. However, I got a mail from another bank stating they would loan me nearly 90% of the amount with 3.57% interest. I learned this a few months later, and I called the finance person to ask why I was not told about this. The conversation with the finance person was unpleasant and unprofessional. When I initially purchased my car, the final numbers on the paper were different from the quote I was given. The finance person told me yes, that's a mistake. And she was asking me, "have you not committed any mistake in your life? " This should not be the way a customer should be treated. Altogether, they did not take responsibility for their error, instead pointing out that you should have known better. I understand that they are doing business, but the treatment you get before you sign a car with them is different, and the treatment you get after you sign the vehicle is unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. If you’re looking to buy or need service, I highly recommend the team over at International Autos.

I am a former Genesis repeat offender. Post three. However, beyond their means; you can not see a new one, nor price or expect to see one in the foreseeable future. Therefore, I scooted off to International Autos of Milwaukee. Strolled over some on the lot of Mercedes. Larry Pagelsdorf helped me inspect a 2020 Mercedes C-300. Pricey, but quite well equipped. My 2019 Genesis G-70 was only (8) months old, but too low and too snug for four. I got about right for the trade-in. The on-lot C-300 was out right then. But, Larry dove it to my home for Mrs. inspection. I returned later to wrap up negotiations. As usual the boss has the final say. But, on the last day of the month I think I won. Detailed, gassed and out the door at closing time. The only ‘hang-up’ was initiating the navigation. But, blame may lie with my aged Android Phone. But, Larry got my new ‘Smart Phone’ to make it all appear on screen. In 100 words or less, Larry Pagelsdorf is the best of 18-20 car salesmen in my entire life. Never again. Never take my car to this dealership. It took me for awhile to write this review. Usually dont give negative comment online but I felt like this is the time to raise my voice. Because kept ignoring is really bad feels. and however I tried to call them didnt get back any answer back. Anyways , When they flushed my transmission I got problem. And I tried to call them but no one returned my calls. I have 3 Benz. And I know how to take care of my cars need. its easy to blame customer as a customers fault. but it was not. I drive everyday same style same route sometimes more than get enjoy with my all Benz. But lately my daily driver 2012 C300 4Matic is non-working condition. Because of Bergstrom Mercedes-Benz (Enterprise Motorcars). They offered me transmission flush and I said maybe next service. And I did my own research and then I called them to ask my questions. my question was if I change fluid on transmission is there any problem ? Because my car is ~110k and service records doesn't shown any transmission service done. And I was nervous I didn't have any problem or concern about my transmission and their answer was it will be more smooth and reliable shift. Yeah first couple days it was but nothing difference before flush. Same shifts same smoothness. Until one morning when I driving it starts slipping shaking acting weird and i was thinking first it can be coil pack or something. but when I got really really bad burnt smell that was the point. I took shop in Fond du lac and next day they called me and gave me bad news. Transmission needs to be replaced and I since that day I tried to call them to ask is there any responsible to take it or just they did something kinda money trap but didnt get back any calls or answers. Im writing this because Im sooo pissed I paid whatever they recommended job but at the end they made money I lost my car. And now waiting for transmission from local shop. Since my transmission blown nobody take any responsible or offered me something nice. Im not looking for anything because I lost my trust to them no matter what and I will keep telling everyone my bad experiences with them. And I wouldn't recommend to take service from them. Once you paid your invoices you are done no matter what. Seems like they just wants your money without giving you reliable , trustworthy and good service. I wouldn't tell people how to run business but I would tell people "Please don't run your business like Bergstrom Mercedes-Benz (Enterprise Motorcars) Service department.
