This dealership is so different from all others that it is hard to believe it is actually a dealership. Very few cars to view or test drive, hard to find the entry, no flash. But the staff are very friendly, there are no pressure tactics from the sales team, and they are very straightforward about the price of the vehicle. Selling vehicles at MSRP with no dealer markup is a rarity these days and greatly appreciated.

Why bother - they don't seem to care about your business. Having moved to SB we wanted to get another Ford locally but no one calls me back. I called the warranty salesperson three times ... once even on his cell phone ... no response. So I called the manager to see how I could get help, left a VM, and 4 days later, no response. If this is how they treat a prospective car buyer, imagine how they'd respond (or not) to someone having problems with their purchase. Unprofessional, sloppy, this echos the comments of Trey C. and others' comments here. Don't bother.

Yikes.. ran me silly chasing parts.! 2.) put my van's transmission into drive at high rpm and blew the trans. Left dealership on a hook meaning tow truck. Yikes again... 3.) they had to refund me monies getting caught charging for a part that wasn't put on. More Yikes ...

Over the years, I have gone to Ukiah Ford to look at vehicles and was always disappointed. This last week, I stopped at the dealership on our way to Santa Rosa to look at trucks on Sunday AM. After taking a quick look at their inventory, we left and spent the day driving and looking at Chevy, Dodge and Ford trucks in Ukiah and Santa Rosa. As we were heading back to Fort Bragg, we decided to look closer at one truck that Ukiah Ford had which fit our "wants". We arrived at the dealership at 5:45PM and ended up driving off with this new Ford F350 pickup. Why? The sales (Grant), sales Manager (Hugo) and Finance (Heather) were fantastic and we got a great deal. They stayed late to send us home with our new truck and were not like the meat eating dealerships that we had experienced all day long. Apparently this dealership has a new owner and management and what a change! Overall, I suggest that anybody looking to buy a vehicle, stop and give them a chance. I think you will find it a very pleasant and refreshing dealership.
