UPDATE: I spoke with Starvos and he offered to resolve an issue regarding the BCM in covering costs for a spare key. But he asked me to take the review down and he would have no problem sending the check. I will not. He is the only person that has been helpful and tries to resolve issues to the best of his ability, but that showed me that they want to brush this under the rug.
However, I am STILL greatly disappointed in my experience and in their lack of empathy towards paying customers in the grand scheme.
This dealership truly is not worth the headache. Don’t even waste your time! They sold me a car with a check engine light and a body control module issue, and they offered me a warranty, but didn’t outline the terms and sent me off home to VA, just to be told that the car repairs weren’t covered for another month under our warranty, although documents stated otherwise. At their request, I had to DRIVE BACK TO JERSEY to have my car repaired, free of charge rightfully. They resolved the check engine issue, but ignored the issue with the BCM and changed the headlights and sent me off home again. They promised so much, only to come back home to deal with so many issues with the car after that. Now I have to pay over $1k in repairs after an inspection discovery that exposed all the issues on a 2 month old purchased used car. Ridiculous. Then, when you speak to them, they are pacifying and constantly undermine your issues with the car they sold you. “Small issue” was how MY salesperson Eyad (Ed) described my situation. Everyone there, even Alicia the front desk person, always promise a call back and then they never call back. So as a customer, you constantly have to call them and be extremely persistent. They have no integrity and no respect for paying customers. All of these reviews on Google and all other websites show the kind of business that they conduct. They should NOT be in business and should be audited and reported to the NJ DMV (https://www.state.nj.us/mvc/about/contact.htm) for breaking lemon laws (that a lot of people don’t know about just off the top of their head) and so much more. So basically they’re scammers and they take advantage of people in vulnerable situations, and once you’re out the door they don’t care anymore. Run!
