Best place ever this side of Heaven, like Heaven on earth. Sales person Michael Gamez help me the second time around with the purchase of a new F150. He even took the time to show me how to calibrate my trailer RV to Ford 150. By backing up trailer, and parking it with me in an empty parking lot. I also got a great price and excellent customer service on the F150. I live 3 1/2 hrs in (San Antonio and Kerrville) from San Angelo, but prefer to do business with Jim Bass and sales people because they care and have the best interest in people’s needs!

Different type of review here... I intentionally waited to hit the 50k miles driven from the original miles when I purchased my used 2017 Ford F250 from Silsbee Ford in August 2020. (more like a brand new truck as it was the cleanest I ever encountered). From the moment I called on it back in August 2020 through the purchasing experience a day later and post-follow-up satisfaction checks from Mike, my salesman, and the dealership I have to say they are top-notch! Definitely NOT a typical dealership! I was coming from out of state and Mike worked with me beyond expectations. After test driving and in the office for the financials, I was presented a rundown of the vehicle price; much to my surprise there were none of those frivolous or other dealer trap charges. It was a straight forward great price and bottom line. No need for the back and forth negotiating. The truck had an excellent price, no upcharges so I didn't hesitate to purchase it! I could not believe how easy, fast and genuinely relaxed we all were. Not faking for a sale, Mike and the team at Silsbee are sincere. You can tell it is up to the expectations of the owners and their values and service. Overall great experience with Silsbee Ford and there has been nothing wrong with my truck, which now has 155k miles on it! What a great buy! Thank you Mike and Silsbee Ford!

Jerry is the sale office was easy deal with and wanted to make sure you got the deal you needed on the vehicle. The Finance department with Tommy was breeze as he knows the process and what adds you need to protect you new ride. Chase the sale director made sure any concerns were handled in professional manner. This sales team is top notch in all regards. They truly want you to have a five star experience through the whole process. They will have my car business for life. I would check them out before you check out the other Ford dealerships in DFW you will not be disappointed you did.

Bought new f150 they wanted $5000 over invoice settled on $2000 over invoice. Look at and get copies of everything you sign found out months later not everything was as told. Seams very shady process. Ford Motor Company warned dealers about over charging customers. I would not recommend this dealership. Ford customer service not much better. JJ

Looking to buy online? Do it. I have never purchased a vehicle without looking the sales manager in the eye and driving the vehicle first, so it was a bit of a hyperventilating first step. That said, John, Jerry, Carmen, and Kayla made it easy -- as did Kelsi, the finance manager. Ever spend hours in the finance officer's office doing paperwork? Won't happen when you buy online. I had been researching vehicles for a while, drove some of them locally, and then purchased this one that matched what I was looking for. The team answered all my questions, gave me a reasonable deal, and delivered it the same day -- over 200 miles away! When they arrived, I drove it, signed the papers, and they returned home. Done deal. Easiest vehicle transaction I have ever experienced --- and I have purchased a lot of them.

I researched for the best deal online and had the option of traveling over 2 hours to this dealership or another in the DFW Metroplex. I CHOSE POORLY and went to Demontrond. The quoted price (by Alex)...online (cargurus), on the phone, and after asking multiple times for the OUT THE DOOR price with any add-on fees was 29k + tax. After I arrived on the lot, the price went up by $3200 and although Alex was there, he was busy in the back. The new salesman couldn't explain why Alex did not disclose the add on fees....it was a classic bait and switch. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. They will lie to your face, waste your time and jack up the price when they get you in the door. Poor business... poor character by employees.

We were traveling through Texas on Good Friday (April 15, 2022) and picked up a nail in our tire in our Ford F-150. Not familiar with the area, we called Wilson Motors Ford and the girl that answered directed us to the dealership. The technician took the truck and they were able to fix the tire and we were able to continue with our trip. Everyone that we spoke with at the dealership was wonderful. I did not get any names, but thank you for your excellent care, concern and customer service.
