Had an EXCELLENT experience with Ryan George.. from the moment we called and spoke with Carla and expressed our interest in a 2023 S convertible, to her having them lined up for us by the time we got there, to Ryan’s absolute professionalism, staying WAY past closing time 2 days in a row to answer every question, Jeff in finance to walking alongside me the entire way and answering all my finance questions… the jokes and personal anecdotes… it absolutely made me feel like I found a dealership family I will continue to support because they supported me. The customer service was top notch and I can’t say enough good things about how stress free and enjoyable my experience with them was. I highly recommend Ferman Mini and will shout it from the rooftops. Thank you to everyone on the team who put me in my favorite car ever. John Luc was kind, considerate and accommodating. Initially I scheduled with the “other” mini dealer because it was closer to my home (live in a Pompano Beach). I scheduled for a pick up (a week wait) as their system allowed, when it came beyond pick up time I called for them to advise my car was not eligible since it wasn’t under warranty and I would have to bring it in another day. I advised I wouldn’t be bringing it there at all From initial interactions at Mini Ft Lauderdale were easy. Upon arrival I was greeted and offered snack/beverages. Before long John Luc had a technician ride with me to example the problem and advised it may take longer than I may have expected. He offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge and kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was FAR more than I had expected, but between the level of service and accommodation I received, I don’t regret it. Thank you - you’ve earned ALL my mini business. This is my 3rd and the best service I’ve had from California to Florida- hands down!! Kudos

I have been working with Harrison for the past few weeks on an incoming vehicle, Mini Countryman JCW. I was told that it would arrive later in the month or early next month. After dealing with him for two weeks on this, because the previous sales rep dropped the ball, I got a call from Dave telling me that the car I was to come purchase tonight, has now been sold. Turns out, the car had made it to the showroom for Two days and I was not made aware. I did read all the reviews, and most are great, and this could just be an isolated experience. But, this is unacceptable from a BMW brand dealer. I was told to go online and start a build process and that it would take 4-6 months to come. Very disappointed in the outcome, and the dealership.

I was interested in a used BMW that they had on the lot. While there, we test drove a few mini's ... they were a great car and fun to drive. The sales rep took his time with us and did not make us feel pressured into buying the mini over the BMW. I got a fair price for my trade-in and the used BMW that I decided to go with. I would definitely recommend going to Mini of Pensacola. Our experience was very positive.

I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car. When I picked up the car my sunglasses were no longer in the car. Yes they say to take your belongings but if you leave something behind it should still be there when you get back if you are dealing with a reputable company.
