I purchased my first mini from Keeler four years ago and was less than impressed with the experience. I went back to Keeler last week to trade my car in for a 2019 certified Classic Countryman. After a long Saturday of negotiating with the saleswoman and eventually the sales manager we finally came to a deal (they add on bogus extra fees and low balled me on my trade). I received a call the morning I was supposed to pick up the car informing me that the car was in fact NOT certified and the story changed multiple times. They did nothing to make it right other than taking off the price of the CPO warranty. The entire situation was very unprofessional and absolutely felt like a bait and switch situation. I ended up going to Mini of Westchester where I purchased a 2020 Countryman Signature that was priced at an extremely fair price. They immediately offered me a fair trade amount for my car and there were no extra hidden fees like the Nitro tire and VIN etch which Keeler insisted had to be on the car. The guy at Mini of Westchester was awesome! There were no games and no private meetings with a sales manager behind closed doors like I experienced at Keeler. Mini of Westchester was an amazing experience and worth the drive! Keeler has lost my business.

Mike was very nice enough to match a competitor's price AND honor a coupon for a remote! On top of this, UNLIKE the service advisor that wanted to charge me nearly $200 to pair the remote (only took 30 seconds), he told me how to do it myself. To the service advisor that either didn't know, or tried to rip me off, these are the steps W/O charging someone $200 to pair a remote: Step 1: unlock car from the other key u have or make sure car is unlocked. Step 2: jump in car with new key. Step 3: close door Step 4: hold new key up against the steering column on the right side where it has two arrows like( >< ) Step 5: foot on brake and press start button. Should this not work on first try. Repeat again 2-3 times.

I was searching for a pre-owned Countryman for a couple of months. During the search I dealt with all sorts of high pressure, "we'll finance anyone" dealerships and I had accepted the fact that I'd have to buy a car from one of these dealers because they were the only ones who seemed to ever have the colors and options I wanted. Over the course of my search my boyfriend started looking at the MINI Paceman and was referred to Mark Wyatt after the 'big' Long Island dealership told us the best they could do on price was to take off $80 and deliver the vehicle unwashed and without gas. Long story short is I wound up at Mini of Southampton and they had a certified pre-owned mini countryman with everything I wanted. Mark and George gave me a great price and I just took it. No haggling back and forth, no games; I just wanted this car and more importantly I really wanted to buy it from Mark and George. Mark got me approved for 1.9% financing on the spot and we were good to go. Unfortunately I had an issue with my license which delayed delivery about two weeks, but again George and Mark were great. They assured me my car wasn't going anywhere and I was in good hands. Eventually delivery day came and it went as smoothly as possible. Mark took a good 75 minutes showing me how everything worked and reassuring me that he was always there if I have any questions. I love my MINI and it's even more enjoyable since the buying experience was so great.
