Hendrick has always treated us well, from our first BMW and then a Mercedes, to our current Mini Cooper. The Hendrick Mini crew is very polite and communication is excellent. I love the videos while the car is being serviced. We had a little glitch with my new tires, but Eric Snyder made sure I was happy when I left. Customer service is almost impossible to find, but Mini is doing a great job!

HORRIBLE experience. Henry "the manager" is a TRUE used car salesman They say "no hassle" But you have to worry about them selling the car before your deal is done. Can never get through on the phone. The girl at the front desk that answered the phone hung up or got disconnected 13 times!! Then when asked to speak to Henry's boss, he said their is no one above him!!! I asked if he had a GM, he.said yes, I when can expect a call back. Henry stated if you want to talk to him call him Monday. He said he was not going to tell him tbat I.wanted to speak with him. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS????

Purchased out First 2022 Mini Countryman back in June, 2021, Patrick was there for us and got us through with ease, Very professional. After the Milk Shake Patrick got my Brother and his wife into a 2022 Countryman as well.
