I would say the same thing for Tim Boes the Finance Manager (he tried to sell me vehicle warranty for an internal combustion engine vehicle and the SE is an electric vehicle).

I don't know what others have experienced but I have nothing but good to say about my service experience with this dealership. I took my BMW X5 in for a state inspection and also some routine maintenance as well as a need to have my undercarriage checked due to a piece of metal in the roadway getting stuck there that I had to remove. I was introduced to Jake, my Service Advisor and also to Mr. Nguyen who is the Director of Service. They were both very nice and accommodating! Sergio, the mechanic who worked on the vehicle, even produced a very thorough video going over the issues I mentioned! I will be back with this vehicle and my wife's vehicle as well! Thanks so much for the exceptional service in a relaxed atmosphere and thanks to the management at BMW of Arlington for hiring these type folks! I highly recommend this dealership!

Kent and his crew did an excellent detail job on my Mother's car (a non-Mini), it looks brand new! Thank you to Kent, the detailers, and Fidel for arranging everything. I would consider buying another Mini or a BMW based on this dealership's level of service alone (not just the detailing); they never disappoint.

We bought a Mini Cooper there in 2015 and have used them for all maintenance work including tire replacement. I would have no reservations about recommending them: - the customer service techs are professional, polite, informative, and helpful; - the sales team was super nice and informative - they still say 'hello' and talk when I come in for a car wash or maintenance issue; - basic car washes are free but they have a variety of levels if you need detailing; - they have multiple waiting areas so you are never left standing..and the seats (in the main waiting room that I use) has "tables" attached that allow me to work on my computer. Overall, I have zero complaints.

I purchased a used Yukon xl with 156k from them June 14th and drove it home to Kansas city. Upon first inspection the vehicle looked great. Immediately upon parking it it starts leaking from the rear main seal. I contact them to see if they would cover half of the repair cost. I had a little difficulty getting ahold of the sales manager at first and was finally out in touch with Lionel Garcia. Dealing with him was quite frustrating I feel a lot of our issues could have been solved with better communication. After leaving a review the GM finally contacted me and resolved the issue and quickly and beyond my original expectation. Dealing with financing was easy, and the sales staff was great. Dealing with Lionel was the only bad part of my experience.
