I went in for service with assumption that the 10 year warranty I purchased for my 2012 Mini Cooper in 2015 was still active. Little did I know that the warranty I purchased was actually from the in-service date of the vehicle which was when the car was brand new so I was paying for 3 years on a warranty WHILE SOMEONE ELSE OWNED THE CAR! Completely deceptive practices. I will never bring my car to this dealership again.
