While checking in the service writer took a call and completed the call and proceeded to make another call while I stood at the counter. When the car was completed the lot porter took what seemed like 10 minutes to get the car, handed the keys to me with not even a thank you! Very disappointed on level of service.

No pressure at all, fully explained everything and answered all my questions on both the used and new car. Lease on new car was about same cost as used car, plus I now have a new car with full warranty.
