I bought a 2013 ford explorer from this dealer and have had alot of problems with it since the day I bought it. They have made some of them right, but it’s still a vehicle that I won’t be able to ever get out of because of the problems. They also charged way too much for it as well. When I took it in for service, a salesman asked me if I wanted to trade it in. Then he gave me a really low ball offer on it. I explained how much I owed and he asked me if I had gap insurance. I told him that I didn’t appreciate him asking me that. I’m not crooked. For the record, don’t buy anything from these scammers

I’ve been haggled before asked for all sorts of info and had to wait numerous times for the “manager” to approve. This was not that at all Steve Rodriguez was professional and a straightforward person. He made us feel like he was giving us a family hook up or something. I will refer anyone I know to mission and Steve. Thanks for the experience!

I have a very serious customer complaint against so called service advisor Jovanny Perales at West Houston Huyndai.I took my 2015 Equus in for routine service as they have done all the service on this car.He lost my service book which accidents happen and I’m actually very reasonable.This was 10/26/22. He said he would order me another book and write all my services in the new book..I said ok will you call me when the book comes in.He says no you can just come back in next Friday and the book will be here filled out….So rather than make a wasteful trip I called him at least 20 times and left messages to call me back and he would not return my call…Needles to say I make the drive in there and there is no book and he is not there.Another advisor tells me they will order the book…I leave and call back every day for Jovanny to call me back and he does not call back.Yesterday 11/8/22 he still will not even come to the phone or return my call.I ask for his manager and they tell me I can pick up the book today 11/9/22…So I go in today and here is the good part.He’s sitting at his position and I ask him why since 10/26/22 he would not call me back nor take my call…..This is when I start recording him on video….He looks at me and tells me he is too busy to return anybody’s phone calls or take their call which is a bald face lie..I have received call backs from them before and they have taken my calls before…So I have a service advisor Jovanny Perales on video telling me he does not take or return calls which I should turn over to our local TV station…I need to speak with this guys manager ASAP! This is horrible customer service and very very very disrespectful!

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who doesn’t have decent credit. They claim to be the #1 dealer who doesn’t say “no”. They get in there and run your credit. Then introduce to their buy here pay here program that they call fresh start with cars you don’t want. Sales people there are extremely young early 20’s and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!!

From the beginning they made sure I was comfortable. Being a woman purchasing a car alone Kyle ensured I knew everything. I felt as if they had my best interests at heart not just making a sale. Tim is amazing. I come from a LONG LONG line of car dealership family members.. Dad is a GSM, uncles, close family friends, brother is a finance manager at a dealership.. pretty hard to get my attention, let alone impress me OR keep me as a customer.. Tim is honestly a stand up guy! I went to RB Mitsu 3 years ago to buy an outlander Sport, wasnt thrilled with my sales person but was without wheels due to my last vehicle getting totaled out on the side of the road by a drunk driver.. so i bout the sport.. 3 years later, the Outlanders bodystyle changed and it was an eye catcher, so at an appointment for service I met Tim.. he gave me his card and told me to let him know when i was ready! A few months later I took an employee to see him.. there was just something about this sales guy that really made me feel like he was the best person to help her out.. and sure enough, I was 1000% right.. 2 months later, I went back and saw Tim for my Outlander.. SOLD! I tell Tim all the time he had better not leave Mitsu.. I'll only buy mitsu's and I'll only buy from him! If you want a reliable car with all the features you could want at a price you'll never beat, go see him, you won't be let down!

I bought a car from this dealership a little over a year ago...love the car...but the dealership its self is very un professional in the sense you dont sell my trade in with license plates on it registered to me!!!! its been 13 months since ive traded my old vehicle into these guys and now im getting toll fee bills due to there error!!! IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SELL A VEHICLE WITH THE PLATES AND REGISTRATION STICKER STILL ON IT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER!!!!I have and will continue to contact TxDOT until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction because I havent done anything wrong yet im the one developing the headache of dealing with this issue...Thanks jubilee for over sight!!

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!

Went in to get car checked for service engine light and trouble starting. Appointment was for 1 pm. Turns out that they only have ONE mechanic who can work on Mitsubishi's and he was M.I.A. until a little after 4 pm. During this wait we tried to call and complain to the manager of the Service Department, whom could also not be reached. Then we went to talk to a "sales" rep about getting a vehicle to drive home until ours got fixed. They said that they would let us borrow one until ours was fixed. The car they brought around was bone dry on gas and ALL 4 tires were low on tire pressure by 10 points or more. We went to tell them that the car was not suitable to drive off in the condition that they gave it to us and the rep did not care or apologize. Then I asked to speak with a manager, Jared Franklin, and explained what was wrong with the car to him. He did not care and got an attitude with us saying "you can take the car or just leave it and be stuck here." I told him to drop the attitude and he jumped at me for a moment as if he was going to try and punch me. Later, they did air up the tires and give us HALF a tank of gas. The entire process was rude and met with no understanding, compassion, and a general sense of disregard for customer service. If you are looking for a car or wanting to get some service done on your Mitsubishi, DO NOT GO TO MANUEL MITSUBISHI. Save your self the headache and cash and go elsewhere.
