Great. .. Totally unexpected. Was looking for an Outlander with the touring package and made an inquiry not realizing KDK Mitsubishi is about 250 miles awa .. Totally unexpected. Was looking for an Outlander with the touring package and made an inquiry not realizing KDK Mitsubishi is about 250 miles away from my house. I received a response from Steve in less than 15 minutes. We worked out the entire sale over the phone including appraisal/trade. At that point I realized the dealership was in Ohio and I live in Michigan so I thanked them because there was no way I could take time off from work to pick it up. They said they would get it to me. C brought the car to me at work on a Sunday. Even filled it with gas so the tank was full when I received it. We signed the papers, swapped vehicles and were done in less than 20 minutes. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. No bulls***, no broken promises, no errors, no problems. I will absolutely call them for the next one. More

called about a vehicle they had and all went well and very responsive. Received a text from the sales department and discussed the vehicle. Came in for an appraisal as they were open until 7 pm. Texted t very responsive. Received a text from the sales department and discussed the vehicle. Came in for an appraisal as they were open until 7 pm. Texted the sales guy back and said should be there by 6:40. Arrived and he seemed shocked and said you know I leave at 7. I said that is ok, we can appraise the vehicle and if all works out purchase another day. He said give me a minute to see if they will appraise it and came back and said no. Still 15 minutes before they would close. Didn't ask for anything or anyone to stay past there closing time but to get a general appraisal on a vehicle I can perform that in 2 minutes online. An example of a dealership that would like your business is as follows when we purchased a caddy for my wife. We arrived at a dealer and arrived about 15 minutes after they closed. We wanted to at least look at it to make sure this is what she wanted. A sales person came out and talked to us. We stated we could come back the next day as she was interested in pursuing the car. The sales person said wait a minute, let e get the keys. Long story short we drove home in it. In my opinion that is how a dealership should treat anyone interested in a purchase from them. More
