The car I purchased needed a new engine and it's taking weeks to get it fixed and I only had the car 2 days. The front desk women is very nice and helpful, however the upsale and “issues” found are always something.. this time I was told I had bad tires and they needed to be replaced asap and that one had a scre the upsale and “issues” found are always something.. this time I was told I had bad tires and they needed to be replaced asap and that one had a screw in it but when I asked which one they could not tell me. The last time I had repairs done bc of a noise my car was making it cost me almost $1000 and the car still makes the noise.. but I was told it’s just a normal noise my breaks make.. however it didn’t make that noise the first 3+ years I owned the car. And it’s just getting louder. More
