I called Jimmy King last minute on a Saturday and he was nice enough to wait on me to drive an hour and a half to test drive one of their vehicles. He made me fall in love. Took the the time to show me all the bells and whistles and taught me how to work them. Even went out of his way to help me pair my phone to the car. Everyone there was the absolute best. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to stop there first. 100% am so glad we made the drive.

I was in the car business for 23 years, with Buick, Pontiac, GMC and Honda until 1992 in Colorado when I moved over to Saturn and remained with them there and in Pensacola until they closed in 2008. So, I respect and search for honesty, integrity, sincerity and professionalism and was so happy to see that in this team. Starting with Keosha, who was so sweet and knowledgeable to myself, my wife and my mother-in-law who is visiting from Colombia. My mother-in-law and I were there for several hours and Keosha was working so hard to accommodate us and made it feel like a very short time there. Keosha knew that my vehicle was totaled and I was in need and understood those needs, always with a bright smile. I would like to also give a special appreciation for Dakota, who willingly helped us in any way that he could for Keosha and shared some stories with me as we conversed. Also, Colton was so energetic and helpful and constantly seeing how he could assist and was much appreciated. Then I had a brief interaction with Denny, using humor to cope with the complexities of the system as we ran my deposit. And last, but not least was Jon, who is a true professional who finds a way to make one feel very comfortable throughout all of the paperwork, even though in our case it was not a financing situation for the dealership. The dealership and team will have my loyalty and referrals because it's a very short drive from Pensacola to have such an amazing car purchasing experience. Thank you again!!!

My husband and I bought a Nissan Frontier from Jim Burke Nissan in October 2021. When we purchased, one of the main things we requested was lifetime oil changes. It was included at the time of purchase. We have taken it back a few times for the oil changes and basically none of the experiences were good. On one of the trips, they left the oil plug loose and about half the oil leaked out. My husband had to tighten it up once he saw what was causing it. He called and told them what had happened and basically their response was “oh well, buy some more oil and when you come back in, we will reimburse you for the oil and give you some gas money for having to come back. Of course when he took the truck back they conventionally didn’t remember saying that. Luckily it was on his text messages where they told him they would do that. They still tried to get out of it but finally reluctantly reimbursed him. Fast forward to today. My husband called yesterday and made an appointment to go in for an oil change. Not one word was said that oil changes which are FREE, we’re now NOT free. When we arrived, we were met by a service employee and he had his trusty little iPad and notebook and proceeded to tell us that “it was required” they do a brake line flush, radiator flush, and something else (at this point we were both furious) which would’ve been over $500 for all of it. If we didn’t agree to those services then our FREE OIL CHANGE would cost $69.95. My husband ask why because we have lifetime oil changes. He said that Nissan had cracked down on them about the cost of oil and they could no longer honor the contract. He made reference to it being stated in our contact that at anytime they have the right to change their mind so to speak and if we didn’t agree to all of those “flushes” (which can be flushed down the toilet) then we wouldn’t get free oil changes any longer. To say that my husband and I are furious would be an understatement. I don’t know if the service guy was lying or if it’s true but I do know this, we will no longer recommend Nissan to anyone. I will post my complaint anywhere I can because I know that when they sell a car I’m sure they’ve added the cost of oil into the price somehow. Anyway, Nissan has lost a customer and I will be vocally outspoken to anyone thinking of purchasing any Nissan vehicle and definitely NOT recommending Jim Burke PERIOD. Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. Nissan is having huge discount right now. They are shown on most prices from nearby dealerships. However, this dealership doesn't have that. They may give one or two rebates but not all rebates. He explained that due to different cars (older manufacturing) and different pricing. I think that's totally bull. Just search around then you know the lies they told. They have always been expensive. Do buy from them.

I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in April 05 from Crump Nissan. I paid cash money for this car! In the pricing of the car they agreed to get the dents out of the bumper and repaint the same. Well it has been repainted twice and looks much worse, dents still there, water bubbles all in the paint. My car now has 22000 miles on it. I am on this day putting 2 new tires on the care to keep it from shaking and they are slick. It was my fault not to be a better shopper or ask about this dealership. I did not look at the tires, but 13000 miles I guess I thought they would be ok. I do not believe I saved that much money, but thought that I would. I wish they would just give me back my money for the car and let me be satisfied. You know these people knew this car. I admit on the right side of the car it was dented and I allowed them to fix that and still purchased the car. First wash job on it, you have never send soooo many dents and scratches that were covered by some sort of awful paint to cover them. This car was awful for 13000 miles and I wish they would have been honest and said you do not want this car. I told "Tim Dodd" my salesman I had bad vibes about that car and I had a right to. I bought the 3.5 so I could get dual exhaust, well on the left side of car the pipe extender was gone and I pd to have another one put on. It showed up so bad. Thank You, but I have been sick ever since this purchase. Kathy Bishop I will return to the lot when I go back to AL to tell them all this.
