Update of the review that starts with my parents getting older. I would recommend everyone stay FAR AWAY from this place. Going back for the 6th and finally time anyone would think it would be enough, but it wasn’t. I don’t know why, but they seemed like they just didn’t want to find and repair the noise. They were annoyed that we had the nerve to expect them to repair the problem. The noise that we originally took it over for is still there, but now multiple warning lights on the dashboard have come on and there’s a noise coming from the back. It’s well worth taking your vehicle to Benton, Little Rock, or even another state If you’re helping a relative or even if it’s your own vehicle. I just wanted to warn everyone before they make the mistake. I should have taken it somewhere else after the second or the third time. I have caused my parents to miss doctor’s appointments and a tremendous amount of stress worrying.

A negative experience - Disgruntled customer

I've been a faithful and loyal customer for the last year. I only let them change my oil and service my car since the purchase. I love my car. At not point did the service department tell me my tires were at the point that my tire gaurd protection wouldn't cover the expense. Last oil change my tires were at a 5 and a month later they say they have nails and worn down to a 2. As professional Customer courtesy I should've been told my tires were no longer safe to drive and told me it would be 159.00 for a tire...I have never been so upset with someone I trusted to keep me on the road safely.
