The team at Nissan of Bradenton were fantastic. First my phone conversation with Lexi was so warm and inviting, I had to check this dealership out to see if it was for real. My salesperson Ray made the expierence smooth and painless he took his time to find me the right vehicle and showed me how to operate everything before I left. I met with both sales Managers Ed and Ryan and they were a pleasure to work with. Both are a class act and make purchasing a vehicle, a joy. I met with the Finance Manager Troy and he was so helpful in getting my paperwork finalized and helping to to decide how to best protect my purchase. They introduced me to Page who was so warm and bubbly I was blown away, she was there to let me know if I ever had a question or needed help and didn't know what to do she would assist me. (Who does that these days). They even introduced me to the service department, so when I am ready for it I knew who to contact and where to go. This is how car shopping should be. The team at Nissan of Bradenton, are the embodiment of great service. If your not buying a car from here you went to the wrong place

The service was great, My experience after I bought the vehicle was not. I had a flat tire while traveling out of state when I went to change the tire I discovered that they didn’t supply the key for the locking lug nut so we had to have the car towed to the nearest dealership. We spent 1 hours waiting for the tow truck and over $700. When I told this to Lowkey they apologized.. It was their mistake but it cost ME.
