While researching a midsized truck purchase with several dealerships I was informed my down payment would need to be larger than normal and I would probably need to purchase an older vehicle. My husband stumbled upon Mt. View online.. The salesman Derek seemed knowledgeable, lived in my same town, and seemed to understand my situation. After 2 weeks of research I relented and finally gave permission for one hard inquiry for the purchase of a new truck. Derek promised to bring me the truck the next day. I once again explained, ( as I had several times throughout the conversation) that I was only researching and because of my fair credit I wasn't sure it was even possible. The next day I was hit with not one, but 6 hard inquiries on my credit. When I called to complain I was treated to a story about the salespersons mother's unauthorized hard inquiries and how to fix them. Outraged I explained they were not given permission and this was their mistake to correct. Less than two hours later there were two more hard inquiries on my credit. A short internet search later and it was obvious they do this quite often and have no issues with the lack of morality involved in trying to force a sale. Several people reported unauthorized credit inquiries from this company and confirmed their unapologetic responses to these predatory practices.

Excellent Staff and Customer Service! Let me start by saying that my experience started complicated but ended exceeding my expectations. Thank you Scott Evan’s Nissan and Jeep,Dodge, Chrysler staff. Marty, Jason, Jay and Paul were great and worked hard to earn my business and trust. Five Star Rating! And I I forgot to say that I live 650 miles away and had the vehicle delivered. I live in south Florida where hurricane Ian took thousands of cars. The south Florida dealers and their fees pushed me to look out of state. Thankful I did and all I can say is my experience with Scott Evan’s Dealerships we’re beyond my expectations.
