My experience with Gerald Hyndai was horrible. They were trying to make me pay for the tune up on a trade in they have. I was leaving and received a call from Jose Valdovinos at Gerald Nissan location I told him what happened and he assured me it would not be that way with him having issues or any complications or price haggling. HE WAR RIGHT. i drove off the lot with my Jeep Grand Cherokee I was trying to by next door to them. This is the location I tell my friends to go to.

Let me just start off by saying that I have been buying SUVs and my family’s vehicles for years. I have never met such a great group of staff and people like the team at Uftring Nissan. They are the truly the best in the business. From the initial phone call to the follow up call. They pride themselves on the essence of real customer service. Abe the Sales manager is a true professional in a class of his own. Chris the salesman is the nicest relaxed yet attentive salesperson that one always as a customer hopes to get when going to a car dealer. Which I may add was 3 hours away from Wisconsin where I live. They are dealmakers here at this car dealership not like in my area where they make you go around in circles and plea for better deals. All you have to do is read the other great reviews about Uftring Nissan that others have posted because I sure did. It’s exactly like they say here in the reviews. Great from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend this amazing dealer to all my family and friends. Thanks to Uftring Nissan for their hassle less pricing and quality vehicles that I now own the most amazing suv out here. I recently drove from out of state to purchase a used pickup from Obrien Nissan. I worked with Tony Tocco, Tony was super easy to work with. Not only did he answer all my questions and let me hear the truck over the phone, he also made sure the truck was ready with a fresh tank of gas for my long drive home. To top it off, his finance team beat my credit unions rate by 2%. I would also be remiss if I didn't include the fact that when I got home I had issues with the truck, Once again Tony and Obrien Nissan came through and we came to a repair agreement. Service department review! Paul Ruilova is as Condescending as they come. Talking down to a woman making her feel stupid about what is wrong with her car is the way that he does business. When I told him at high speeds (like 80 mph not literally just trying to say higher speeds on 88) and a fast stop my brakes were acting weird he told me he doesn’t go that fast around here so I shouldn’t know that it happens at high speeds. Instead of working with me and trying to explain to me about what he thought about my brakes he had a condescending answer to all my questions What a way this “man” talks to a woman was uncallled for and super upsetting. I did in response tell him f**k you But he woman can only handle so much from a man talking down to her and making her feel stupid that my response was completely unacceptable and I apologize for that. But pushed to it beyond ! We unfortunately just bought another new car from them a few weeks ago and I will refuse to go back to that service department to help us with anything under warranty for these vehicles *****This does not reflect the sales department. They have been amazing to us and that’s why we continue to buy cars from them. Nate in the sales department is wonderful and we will continue to talk to him

I’ve always had terrible experiences with the dealer I originally got my car from (Rohrman) I would avoid doing service there and pay out of pocket elsewhere. I came here to get some service done under warranty and Nicholas was amazing. So kind, helpful and efficient. He was patient with me with my scheduling needs and accommodated a ride to take me home as well. I really appreciated his positive and upbeat attitude, kindness goes a long way. Especially in a dealership where i always dread going as a woman. Great customer service , I’ll definitely be back for all my car needs!

I have leased a few cars from McGrath Nissan over the last 20 years. They sent me an offer for a Free oil change & $500 of a new car purchase that I have used before at the service department for one of my cars a Toyota. I called and made an appointment with the service department after it was Approved to get the oil change even though it was a Toyota. I drove 20 minutes there & was informed by Kane the Rude Service Manager that he could Not accept the coupon they sent to me. I was looking at purchasing a 2021 Nissan Maxima. NOT NOW. I would Never do business again with this dealership who has a Service Manager that is soo RUDE. A Free Oil change would have cost him maybe $20 out of pocket. Instead it cost his dealership a Few Thousand Dollars in the loss of a Vehicle sale.
