Listen if you want tremendous service from a team that actually cares about your needs then go to Andy Mohr Nissan of Indianapolis. Specifically my salesman Terrence Hood is nothing short of amazing. He literally took care of me yet again, he sold me my 2018 Nissan Altima a year and a half ago. Yesterday I traded it in ang got a 2019 and Terrence did his good work and got me in to a very great vehicle. The entire team at Andy Mohr will take care of you and make sure that you leave with the vehicle that you want. To say that I'm thankful is one thing but to know that people care enough to support you and make sure that you get what you need is invaluable. Sold me a bad car. I bought this car at the end of April and have had it in the shop more than I could drive it. I have called and called at first, they gave my $1000 back but then the whole computer system and brake system went out on it. I have been told by many mechanics as well as another dealership there is no way that Tom Naquin's mechanics did not see these problems. This was the first time I was buying a car and I feel as though they took advantage of me. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE people who are running this place. I was told by another dealership that I was lucky my car breaks did not go out on me when I bought the car. I will never buy a car from them again.

Our 2023 Nissan Rogue is at least the third car we have purchased from Gurley-Leep. Our salesperson this time was Michael Majerek. He met us in the display lot when we arrived, carefully checked to see what we were interested in, showed us the choices on hand or what might be ordered, then let us sit in a Rogue to show us all the features. He also went with us when we took it for a test drive. In his office area, later, he was excellent, in my opinion, with not being pushy or telling us "this was our last chance," at some deal. He carefully reviewed all the documents we needed to sign and we did purchase a Rogue. He then took us on a tour of the Gurley-Leep facility, including the Parts and Service Departments. On the day when we came to pick it up, he again reviewed with my wife all the features and the things she wanted to review before she drove it away. We completed all the documents, got the keys, and drove it home. All the papers showed up exactly when he said they would so that we could get a new plate on the Rogue. I was very pleased with Michael's caring for us and certainly would recommend him to any future car buyer. A five-star salesperson in my opinion. He made the whole process as painless as I've ever experienced. Thanks, Michael!

They don’t want to make a sale and was told they don’t have a quota so they don’t push sales. I tried to get into a SUV and had a set payment I wanted. Left then called to see what they can get me in and couldn’t get me anywhere close to what I wanted. Didn’t put any effort into trying to make a sale. Major waste of time and pulling of my credit to get no where with this place!!!!! Before hanging up I said I will go elsewhere if they couldn’t get me into something and he said “wish you luck” and I hung up. No TRYING at all. *****BEWARE don’t waste your time! My mom has always bought and leased and just RECENTLY leased a new Frontier off this dealership and she has now moved her business to Indy. Thanks Cronin Nissan for your poor effort! Word spreads by experience and ours was poor so that’s what we will tell people on social media and word of mouth. You should be ashamed of your sales department. Never seen anything like that.

I'm a college student and I was looking around for a car but not interested in the pushy environment usually provided by used car salesmen. However, John was perfectly patient and gave helpful suggestions without being overbearing. After I changed my mind about the car that I wanted, he continued to follow up with me---even after I purchased a car elsewhere! He seemed genuinely interested in my final decision and made the process of finding my car so much less stressful.

Bought a used 2006 Saturn ION. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT: Only one remote fob with car. I was given a second fob that wasn't Saturn, and had no battery. Sort of got smoke blown up my lower torso. Radio missing one button. Uncalled for delay in obtaining title and paperwork. . About average attitude treatment / courtesy/ honesty from a **choke** car dealer. I did get a nice car, low miles, ....that said.....paid plenty for it. I'd probably buy another from them. Obviously better ethics and treatment than from the "we tote your note-U work,U ride" type dealer.
