Excellent Experience I purchased a new SUV today, the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I talked with Mr. Larry Rose over the phone he had the vehicle I was interested in. We agreed on price, they made me a great offer for my trade-in and the deal was done. Larry was very transparent, and took the time to answer all my questions / concerns. I drove in from RRG area when I showed up car was ready and the paperwork was prepped. I took the vehicle for a test drive, I was in and out of the dealership in under 1hr. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in the front door I felt at home. Larry is knowledgeable he made me feel welcome and appreciated. I never thought I'd be writing a positive review for a car dealership, let alone a glowing one. But purchasing from Watermark Nissan was a dream experience I never thought I'd ever experience with a car dealership. I'd spent 18 months on an almost national search for the exact Pathfinder build that proved especially challenging to find. I dealt with over 2 dozen dealerships across the southwest/midwest trying to unsuccessfully do a deal before finding Watermark. Most of the other dealers were absolute nightmares to deal with. Watermark, and in particular Brandon Belt, gave me a straightforward price and gave me a great deal...better than I thought would be possible. Even though I was out of state they could have tried jacking the price up on me, but they didn't and honored the original quote they gave me. On top of being the most reputable dealership I've encountered in my life, my Salesperson Brandon did a fantastic job communicating every step along the way as I had to coordinate traveling from Texas to KY to pickup the car when it arrived. Every salesperson I've ever talked to very quickly ends up having to hand me off to the Sales Manager to answer my questions and negotiate. The fact I don't even know the name of the Sales Manager for Watermark speaks volumes to Brandon's excellent job, and of the dealership management, that he was empowered to handle my deal from start to close. I just can't say enough good things about these guys, and never thought I'd be writing a review like this for a car dealership. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I'd drive the 1200 miles again in a heartbeat to deal with these guys instead of trying to deal with one of my local dealers in Austin. Thanks again Brandon!

Not even first payment and car in shop. Traded in Brand new Nissan only 2800 miles due to rods in neck and back and car low. What a mistake was baited right into a 🍋. I am very up set with you all I have been dealing with you all for about 3 yrs always get a brand new nice car never miss payment, at the end of yr. The most is 3000 miles. The last was an Altima 2800 I have Rod in neck and Back so wanted something higher so I don’t have to bend also hearing impaired wanted new because I can’t hear and wanted warranty as I would feel secure as I have no family here. I seen a bunch of Jeeps acrossed street. Stopped and wanted same payment as ultimate. Bill said he didn’t have any but new would be coming in, and he would give me a call or text when one came in to fit my criteria. A couple of months later Keith sent me a message saying jeeps were in, I ask in my budget I was told to come in. I feel as if I was baited and ended up not getting a Jeep but a four wheel drive lemon Ford eco sport, they don’t even make anymore. When I test drove they had auto stop disable through out purchase I got up and was going to walk out as payment was higher, they told me no payment for three months promised a key, and 2 free oil changes. Apond driving 2 blocks to my house it kept hesitating, when I took title over Monday mentioned it to them they said I need to disable in which I had already read over weekend, and already had diasabled I have drove the car less than 300 miles. And already had to fill up twice. Apond giving my title I made them at least give me one of the oil changes they promised still never received the other key. On sales they said it only had 1200 miles they lied as it had 1300 miles when I registered Apond taking it to shop I drove with mechanic and showed him how this car hesitated at one point they said they were going to drive my friend and I were I. Th parking lot car wasn’t moved. But when mechanic drove with me he told me if I had heater and all the belles and whistles running it would be less power. This is very wrong to treat a good honest customer and this needs to be fixed as this is not exceptable. Especially when only 2300 on new Altima I hope we can address this problem.

Smoke and Mirror operations - humancrate

My wife and I went back to Garland Nissan for the second time because our first experience there was really good. However, after this last time we will never buy from them again. First off, my wife was upside down on a 2013 Murano and wanted to lower her payments, we printed an online a-offer for a 2015 Altima which had $4800 in total rebates which would have negated all but $200 of the Murano. Everything was looking good, they price and payments and unfortunately my wife signed the contract before I could get in there. So even though they said she would get the car for about $24000 which was basically the sticker price after rebates and her upside down Murano with a lower payment. However, after she signed the contract is when she realized they had only given her $1500 in rebates. Unfortunately she didn't really read the contract or it was explained to her in a way that she would like. Either way, they verbally gave her the great deal, and on paper they screwed her into paying over $27000 for a $24000 car by not honoring the rebate they offered. They did give her a good price on the Murano, but the rebates is why we were there, and the rebates are where they scammed her. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. They are out to scam anyone, even repeat customers because they care more about the money than they do relationships or repeat customers.

Bob Allen Dealership gets an A+ for customers service. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell, helpful, and even willing to stay a little late when needed to complete a sale. All members of the team from sales, to management, to financing we’re eager to help and they made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be seeking them out again soon as I have a couple of kids who will be needing vehicles as well.
