She helped me call StateFarm informed my claims person of the issues I personally didn’t understand mechanical terminologies. She even gave me her personal number as my father was in the hospital during this time we kept in touch she made it so easy for me very helpful she is one outstanding employee if you ask me I will continue to deal with her in the future. I walked up & she walked out she is the face for your service department and needs to be looked at for a raise during these difficult times. She is one you don’t won’t to let go she was so nice to me on the phone on a rainy day I stopped & bought us both a coffee but she is worth to your business much more than a coffee.
