Signed papers and gave a down payment on a vehicle. The dealer had an issue with their software and I could not sign my contract because of their problem. The issue did not get resolved and I lost out on the special pricing because it was a new month. I had a very frustrating experience and would not recommend leasing any Nissan ever.

I recently bought a vehicle and had it shipped to me. I worked with several people who made this process as easy as possible. Jerome was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with doing business long distance. We worked out a deal which I think worked for us both. Jerome from start to finish walked me through the process of obtaining a vehicle in another state. He took care of everything we agreed upon and dis a good job of following up when I had questions. We just leased our fourth car from Marlborough Nissan. Always a friendly, honest, low-pressure environment. They were able to obtain a specific car I wanted that they didn't have in stock by the next day from another dealer. The numbers all worked. I came in, drove it, signed papers, and drove away with the beautiful new car in about 45 minutes total. I have recommended this dealership to others, and will continue to do so.

Was very surprised how my finance rate went from ,9% to 1.9% on buying a new frontier having a credit rating of 846 and my wife having 804.I was told that Nissan had raised the rates since 2/8/22 when I had placed a deposit on a 2022 Nissan Frontier pro 4x. Go figure1

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.

My experience was awful for the most part dealerships hate lease buyouts since they make no money from reviews I thought this would be a decent dealership I was wrong they have no experience in dealing with people with challenged credit scores I worked at a nissan for 8 years and saw many credit scores and our sales department always worked to help these people. This dealership made me go in fill out a credit application and told me to go because they did not want to make me wait. They also told me they would give me a call to let me know of the outcome never called and swore up and down they left a message which I never received. They didn't help and dinged my credit 5 times. Beware and take your business elsewhere if you are in my situation.
