my son in law put a couple of bad reviews in here and I would like to disagree with EVERTHING he has said....the service center is behind bc of covit19 but this dealership brought in someone on a Saturday and paid them over time to try and get our expedition fixed and back to us asap...in this day and age I find this kind of service very professional and courteous and thank them very much for there service.

Dishonest company, beware I will never do business with them again. Fletcher will tell you one thing and do something else. Even Fletcher voice mail says how honest they are and no other deal has a lower price. Wrong on both accounts.
