Since this was my first time going there in person, I took a look at the car and saw some damage that I didn't notice in the pictures. They offered to clean up some of the scratches but after taking it for a test drive, I decided that I didn't like it that much. Granted, it was a Sentra. I took a look around the lot and decided upon a Rogue. The Certified program is great and means I have 80k miles and 4 more years before I am out of warranty on my new car. The process was easy after we got over an insurance hiccup and the staff were friendly and patient.

I was shown all the features of the car in detail. The purchase process was quick and easy. The General Manager and Finance Manager were also very helpful. Sansone Nissan used to be the Best when I had an amazing experience with Rock the salesman since then that place is horrible I have my car in mint condition a Nissan murano 2021 the abs feature went I to affect thank God and I didn't crash but since my air-conditioning and heat stopped working took car in Raul was technician he took the entire car apart to say it was a fuse replaced it after having my car for 2 days I got the car didn't drive it due to personal reasons but then I did and bam no air-conditioning no heat took car in Raul said that my handicap placard broke the wire which is pure bs after 2 hours I was given my car had to pay 167 dollars which is uncalled for and I want my money back and was told I can't move my mirror because the wire can break it was fixed temporarily my car has only 7000 miles in mint condition I don't use it alot but the service feom the manager was amazing but the technician was rude and lied and did the damage himself to then accuse me that due to my placard sign the wire ripped and that wire is the entire electric system I am so unhappy and wasn't sure how to go about this but I did and I am posting everything everywhere possible how I was robbed and lied to literally and to top it off I can't move my mirror because wire can break unheard of and unacceptable so never purchase from Sansone Nissan or any Nissan murano worst ever

Chris found us the exact cars and options we requested, kept us within our budget and had most of the documents and paperwork ready so we didn’t have to spend hours waiting around in the showroom. He sat with us in the cars and set up the Bluetooth and safety options and patiently explained everything to us. The finance manager Evan Winderbaum was also very kind and helpful. We are very happy and satisfied with our purchases!

STAY AWAY from this place. I just bought a CPO Murano and the entire experience was horrendous. They outright lied to me several times, screwed up the paperwork for my loan (deliberate because I was not going with Nissan financing as my bank gave a much lower interest rate, therefore no kickback) which delayed them releasing my vehicle to me by 2 weeks. They (my salesperson and the Sales Manager) caused me tremendous stress and aggravation. Both have A LOT to learn about customer service, honesty and integrity. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again and will go out of my way to ensure that everyone I know never goes there. I have no tolerance for people who lie to customers, so no further business from me EVER.

I have 4 Nissan’s in my driveway and I have traded in 3 previous cars all purchased at Team Nissan of Vineland. I have never felt pressured or deceived when shopping for a car. All of my requests are met if they can meet them and supporting a local dealership in my community is important to me. I feel like I matter. When it comes time for service the confidence that I have is immeasurable. The safety and quality that I experience goes a long way. I feel like a car is an investment and it’s important to take care of that investment. Dealing with Team I feel like that’s easy. From sales to service I won’t go anyplace else.

I was on vacation from Canada and my Rogue transmission failed. I was directed to speak to Greg who, I guess, was the service manager. Greg pretty much told me to get lost. He said he had transmission work backed up “for months “. I asked where else I could get help. No response. After much effort, I finally managed to get from him that there were Nissan dealerships in Atlantic City and Toms River. I asked which was closer; he had no clue. Finally another person sitting nearby thought Toms River might be closer. I asked Greg is he had a telephone number for them. He gave me a number and that was it. No more info. I left at that point and dialed the number. And, just like Greg, it was not in service.

Do NOT Trust Them With Your Money: Worst Experience - Goffle Road Guy

I've bought or leased maybe 20 cars in the past 25 years between me, my wife and my kids' cars. Not all dealers are as good as you hope for, but these guys are WORSE than you can imagine. The car itself is great, but the dealer is the worst that I can image. They owed me money on a trade-in (car was worth more than the amount I was putting down on the new car), and I made the mistake of taking delivery of the new car and taking their word that they would mail me the check for the difference (several thousand dollars) in ten days. That taught me a lesson I will use every time going forward...if they owe YOU the money, wait until you have the CERTIFIED check in hand before you take delivery of the new car. Well, ten weeks later and I'm still waiting for my check. Lawsuit being filed, all because some guy thinks he will outlast me and I'll give in and not demand my money. They are mistaken. So you know, they are affiliated with Elite Nissan in Bergenfield and Infiniti of Englewood...Jeff Liebler is the contact at Infiniti of Englewood who apparently sits on the checks and will be dragged into this lawsuit. To summarize: There are lots of reputable dealers, DO NOT choose this one to deal with. You've been warned.

Wonderful Dealership Easy to Lease during the pAndemic - lora5319

I found this dealership very accommodating during the Pandemic. I was leasing a Lincoln but no Lincoln dealers would call me back to discuss releasing. Bridgewater Nissan called back right away gave me a very competitive quote and even returned my Lincoln for me and brought to my door my new Murano. Couldn't have asked for better service!
