They said the diagnostic cost would be a $180 then when someone called me they said the total charge was $700 when I went to pay the total was $880 this is not right. I don't recommend this dealership.

I had an appointment to have service fix an issue with my car heater which does not seem to work after running for half an hour.This is the second time I brought my car in.After waiting for 2 hours they come back and said they need me to drop the car since they need a whole day to find out the problem. So they have time only for a week after. They would not even keep the car ...they said they have no time booked all the way ....I thought that's the reason I called a week before and book an appointment..they should have given me another day if they are so short of staff. The guy Cameron and Chris in service are a total joke... is in a rush to get you out of there ...than trying to fix your problem...lack of manners rude and ignorant are all I can say about the service of this dealership.Stay out from that place..RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I was sold a vehicle in November 2021. In May 2022 the transmission blew and needed replaced. In June 2022 I had to have a cable replaced in one of the windows that broke. In September 2022 I took this vehicle to my regular mechanic to get inspected and it failed due to (2)HOLES in my Frame rail (I have pictures), as well as tires worn down to nothing and metal cords visible. Apple claims to have inspected my vehicle on three different occasions, twice prior to my purchase and AGAIN in May when they replaced my transmission. On all THREE inspections no mention was ever made of any rust or issues with my alignment or tires. Apple now claims that "due to the length of time that has passed" (I've only had this vehicle 10 months) and that they never notated any of these issues that they hold no responsibility for any of these issues and refuse to do anything about it.
