I had recently had some bad experiences trying to purchase a new truck but Bruce convinced me that they were a no non-sense dealer who wanted to sell trucks and they lived up to his words. Salesman Ryan Finished the deal when i actually got on site and was a pleasure to work with. If you are tired of getting jerked around by other dealerships go in and see Bruce or Ryan. They are straight forward and tell you exactly what they can do and work hard to get you exactly what you are looking for. Thank you guys already enjoying by new Frontier..

Service Advisors are extremely rude and fail to tell you a wait time. Danielle obviously didn’t want to help me anymore after I declined to get tires rotated. She was too busy on the phone to even provide an update after seeing my car was sitting in the back. Expect to wait 2 additional hours to get your car back, as it sits in the back until you ask one of the gruntled employees about it. Glad my service plan is up with Nissan of Rivergate. Honestly regretting that I even purchased my car from here.

Run as fast as you can. This place is a rip off! They will write you a quote on paper will make you have the best deal. Then they will have you sign all these papers then run them through the printer and add stuff to it. Didn’t realize it till 11 months later got me for a $6000. Mechanic agreement I did not need.

I went in to get Freon fixed they took advantage of me and fixed a lot of things . I have had Mold on my floorboard and the air conditioner or Freon is leaking and the tires are making a weird noise. I will never use the Nissan to fix my car they did do it right the first time around. Plus I could have had a wreck or a blow out on the new tire because the valve was leaking. I hope the manger or ceo or owner sees this review. Cater sold me the car nine years ago he is an awesome person dealer.

I will never take my car to twin city Nissan again. I told the service advisor Brown Rudder when I took my car in the headlights were too dim. I had purchased the car at CarMax in North Carolina. When I drove it home that night back to Seymour I had to use my brights in order to see on the interstate. When I got my car back Brown Rudder told me the headlights passed the inspection just fine. Wrong! I took my car to CarMax in Knoxville and the mechanic there said Ma’am you should not even be driving that car at night. CarMax ordered new headlights and put them in for me I checked into it and there had been a huge lawsuit about the headlights in Nissan Altimas for the years 2013 -2018. By law any Nissan dealer is supposed to replace any defective headlights from 2013 -2018. It is a very real safety issue. Also my headlights had oxygenation in them. I was very disappointed with the neglect from this Nissan dealer.

I cannot say enough about Melissa and the Customer Service Representatives in the Service Department, they have always been helpful, kind, informative, and understanding. With the phones ringing continuously they do their very best to get their customers in and out and quickly as possible, making sure that their vehicles have been properly serviced and the customers understand what has been done and what their vehicle may need in the future. Thank you for always making sure my vehicle is save to get me from here to there, and doing your best to not charge anymore than you have to.

Day started fine. Wife goes to work and calls her car died. I get to her sure as xxxx transmission is toast. Had it sent to rusty Wallace and it would have cost more to fix then the car was worth. So we ended up getting a new car and the experience was second to non. I bought my last car from fenton and it was a terrible experience, this was night and day from that. We walked away happy and very pleased and no and i mean absolutely no hidden fees or cost we knew the number before we even talked financial. Terry caldwell was our sales rep and he spent the day with me making this as painless as possible and made my wife feel good about getting a new car. She even said the difference was obvious between the two owners of this dealership.

I just bought a new car from Jim Keras. Everyone was nice and friendly (they were taking my money), but the extra $1,000+ of charges hurts my feelings. When I asked what they were, they said it's extra stuff we do to all our cars. Rear bumper protector (which was already charged on the sticker), rubber trunk mat (which wasn't there), wheel locks (which i didn't need), nitrogen in tires (which I didn't want). That's all they could tell me for an extra grand. Knowing cars are so hard to find, it was either pay it or walk away. Frustrating.

Was very disappointed after buying our 2016 Honda CVR. After having it for 5 months we started having problems with what is called a cold start. This is a problem with the VTC Acuator. This vehicle has only 53,000 miles on it, and was told by the delearship and Honda Corp that it was not covered by warranty. I did not get the warranty I paid for - Edge

I purchased a used vehicle from Premier Nissan in 2012 with 38,000 miles on the vehicle. I paid 1795.00 for a warranty and was told that it was for 100,000 miles. In 2014 I had an issue with the vehicle. I had not received my warranty contract so had to request it. One of the papers had a forged signature and one had my initial that showed my warranty was for 60,000 mi. The Mgr was quite rude when this was brought to his attention, especially the fact that my signature was forged. I tried to contact the owner, Lonnie Cobb, thru the mail as well as several phone calls without any results. Very poor business. I would not recommend this Dealership
