I had an excellent experience working with Cory & the dealership who were informative, worked with me to get a great vehicle at under 2% APR for the portion I financed, & were very helpful. After the vehicle was purchased, they remained very helpful. I didn't think that an SUV that wasn't a hybrid or similar could get over 35 MPG on average, but mine has over my first 4000 miles. My personal best for a single trip was over 46 miles per gallon. With adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane change avoidance, Android auto, and great safety ratings, I can keep safe while maintaining productive drives. I love my Rogue SV and am so thankful for Cory and the manager as well at Hall Nissan Chesapeake.

We are from Upstate NY and were unsuccessful in finding the vehicle we wanted at the Nissan dealers here. We found the vehicle we wanted on line at Browns Dulles Nissan. My husband spoke to Reyanne Waid who organized what we needed so friendly and attentive to our needs. My husband spoke with Clifford for all the financing questions for an out of state purchase which we have never done before and he had all the answers and was wonderful to work with. We secured the down payment ti hold the vehicle and arranged a flight to Dulles airport. Reyanne arranged for someone to pick us up on our arrival which was awesome. Mazon Helwe was waiting for us at the pick up site as soon as we got off the plane. We had a great discussion on the way to the dealership, very friendly and personable. He helped with the paperwork, test drive, and answering questions about the vehicle. We had hoped to meet Clifford as we spoke to him on the phone, he was off that day. Henry Proano walked us through all our financial paper work and warranty options, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. In no time we were out the door for our drive back to upstate NY and absolutely love our new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Our entire experience we rate a 10 out of 10. We highly recommend this dealership. In January a strut was ordered for our 2021 Rogue, because it is faulty and noisy. I understand that it is, supposedly, a supply deficiency however, I have not received ONE call from the dealership with an update. The three updates I have received were only due to my having called them. Having been in the parts business, as well as supply chain and customer service this is completely unacceptable and exemplifies the worst in customer service. They don’t seem to care beyond the purchase of the vehicle and I have nothing good to say about the Service or Parts departments.

UPDATE: We finally had to report the tag was lost ourselves. It has been issued. It has not come in as they said it may take up to 4 weeks. I drove 2 hours today to get a 3rd temp tag and they said they could not issue a temp tag once the permanent tag was issued. This is a LIE because they have done it twice already. This dealership does not give a crap about customers post sales. I will never buy from this dealership again and I may not even purchase another Nissan in the future. Buyers beware. If you see a "Priority" sign, turn the other way and run!! We now have a hunk of metal that we cannot legally drive. Thanks Priority Nissan! We purchased a 2021 Platinum Nissan Rogue on 5/6/2021. The sales person was great and no complaint on the vehicle. The issue has been getting the license plate. The license plate was supposed to be shipped to us in Virginia because we are about 2 hours away. After a few weeks we called and found out the plates arrived in China! We are still trying to get our permanent plates. We have put more miles on the vehicle driving back and forth to get new temporary plates that we have for anything else. The follow up from the dealership is horrible. We have to chase them down instead of them staying on top of this issue. We also found out they could have spent a few more minutes with us initially and just issued us our permanent plates. Now they are stating they have to go to Richmond to get them replaced. One more temporary tag and they lose another star!

Dishonest and incompetent - walker

I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more. I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined. They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else. A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed. For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record. I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

This is the worse dealership/ customer service experience I have ever encountered. I bought a car from this place 10/2016. They make you feel like you are the best customer they have until you get the car. First off they worked their butt off to get me the best deal they could making it all seem like they were miracle workers. But once I drove that car off the lot, they lost their customer service spirit. I had to bring the car (Chevy Cruze) back within 3 months because the anti-freeze was leaking which cause the car to run hot. The brakes would jam so by this time I had been in 2 incidents where I could have been in major accidents with my kids in the car. I called to inform the dealership of this. The salesman who sold me the car, basically tried to say what was going on with the car was my fault. Then hung up on me. I had to get my boyfriend involved which scared him silly. Then once they got the car to look at it, they tried to make me pay $500 to get the car repaired. This is my 3rd month of owning the car. Are you serious?? So they managed a way and I paid my $100 deductible, which I still don’t feel is right. Fast forward to an year later. Now the turbo is bad, the water pump is bad and the brakes that they claim was fixed is still not working properly. So I take it back to Pence Nissan, which Pence Kia does the service work. They basically tell me to take it to a Chevy dealership to get fixed. The Chevy dealership provided the best customer service and I recommend everyone see them if you are buying. The salesman was awesome because I was asking about trading in this piece of junk. The serviceman has been awesome, calling me back and keeping me updated and the manager even called and went to bat for me because I only had the car for a year and the turbo is bad which is a $1300 job and was able to get it down to a more affordable price. I called Pence spoke to the manager, gave him the situation, he over talked me, because told me well if chevy going to fix it, let them. I asked, but where is your customer service, I brought the car from you, he states well I need to see the car. Ok so if the car breaks down on my way there, now I have to put out money for towing and it’s not a guarantee you will help me. He said pretty much. O really!! I’m not look for anything for free, I’m just looking to be treated fairly. So I just advise if you are a woman, please do not go into this dealership without a man by your side. And please check out your car before you sign your name to it because their technicians will put a stamp of approval on it for sale as long as it starts and appear to work.

brought in my vehicle for a recall fix and state inspection. I had brought the guy at the counter out to the car to show him that I needed the inspection sticker a little more to the left because it had been in my driving view, also asked if he would get me a price on fixing my trunk latch which seemed to be loose. He said he would get me an estimate. when came back to get car they had taken it upon themselves to temporarily fix my latch and then charged me 48 bucks for a dollar store glue job. They never received a signature to repair my car, so this was an unauthorized repair. The glue job lasted 3 hours. On top of that they ended up putting a huge crack in my windshield when did inspection. Discovered the crack when went out to the car. They said it was already there, no it was not! It would have never passed inspection if it was there. manager was very rude and threatening to my husband and told me he was only going to fix the windshield for me not for my husband. horrible customer service and a bunch of liars!!!
