Excellent service. After being outright lied to by our local Nissan dealership in Salem, Oregon, we started contacting other dealers and Joe Ramirez responded immediately and got us into a 2023 Leaf. Even though we were 75 miles away, he made sure the car was ready and helped us remotely until we could get up to the dealership. Once there, he made sure we didn't rush and took the time to study the car before buying. The finance manager, Hamid Safavi, was also incredibly helpful even though we were at the end of their day and worked with our lender to get the paperwork squared away, and is working across state lines to try and transfer plates from an old vehicle. Cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with an honest crew, and they restored the faith destroyed by our local dealer.

My son bought a new Ford Escape hybrid in 2021 when he lived in Alaska. He moved to Spokane in April of this year. At his 30,000 mile service he took it to Wendle. He informed them that he had a clunking noise in the front end. They failed to fix it. Now, 5000 miles later, they have discovered that the inner tie rod is damaged. In my opinion it should be covered under warranty. They told him that it was caused by water damage and therefore it isn’t covered. Well, over $1700 later it is fixed. Also, he now needs to buy a new set of tires because his original ones wore out prematurely due to the tie rod going bad. I have owned Fords most of my adult life. In fact, I have two right now. If they can’t make a vehicle that water won’t ruin the inner tie rod within the first year, I will never own another. I would definitely NOT recommend Wendle Ford. I will be contacting Ford Motor Company with a complaint.

I worked with the dealership Nissan of Edmonds with Johnny Lamm and he was very helpful, patient, friendly and had a great sense of humor. The car was listed online and he was able to discount the price by $1000. He did not pressure me to buy the car. He took me and my husband out for a test drive and made sure that I understood how the car worked and told me to call him anytime when I had questions. He also made sure that I got the federal tax cut for buying an electric car and made sure my car keys batteries were replaced, rotated my tires, and the car was spotless and looked brand new. He made sure that I had a good charge cable and showed me how to charge using their level 4 charger. This dealership repairs cars when needed. He was very friendly and we laughed a lot. He treated me and my husband with lots patience. I highly recommend contacting him if you are still searching for a car. My car buying experience was great and I love driving my car.

Columbia Auto Center Colleen Roberts Appointment Coordinator Sun, Dec 27, 2020 told someone would be in contact soon 5 emails back and replied to then no contact so i initiated again on 12/30 in between recieved call from customer service they said sales willbe contacting you as soon as possible 12/30 recieved from Colleen Roberts -The sales team has received your information and should be getting in contact with you at their earliest convenience. He followed up with us afterward to see if we were happy with the vehicle and to see if there was anything else we needed. He also helped us order accessories and scheduled the appointment for installation. What great service we received. Besides great service... Younkers Nissan had the best price, a large variety options and color of the vehicles we were looking for!

Learn from our mistake with their 2021 team. Their letter offering to purchase the car we purchased and serviced here locally brand new 6 years ago wasted a lot of our time. Their hand addressed letter arrived stating $5,691 would be offered for our '2014 Spark LT1 with 89k miles. We called to check out their details; we shared the car details from our craigslist ad with pics and car fax report, asking $6,500 (including set of top of the line snow tires, lightly used). We called again to be assured there were no tricks to their offer. We drove an hour after work to deliver the car, and then we were expected to take their price reduction of 12.5% to "detail" the car?! Nope!

Fantastic dealership! We were "browsing" different cars and dealers in our search of my wife's next car. Phil Satterfield approached me and I immediately could tell he was a no BS salesman. I was looking at SUV's. He showed me a 2019 Rogue, then asked what kind of features my wife needed. After explaining and talking him my preferred price range Phil asked if i had to have a 2019 or not. When I explained I would even consider a newer used vehicle he asked me a brand new 2018 Rogue that they had left. It was blue, which isn't our preferred color, but with Phil's encouragement, i decided to drive it. After i finished the impressive drive, my wife called and had decided to take the rest of the day off. I told her to come drive it, so she did. While she was like myself on the color night being what we were going to get, she liked it. So I let Phil know we were going to go finish looking at other vehicles, and and for his card. The best part of my experience was Phil was smart enough and gracious enough to know NOT to press the sale right then. After spending the rest of the afternoon test driving and having dealers try to make us "buy" right now we ended up preferring the Nissan Rogue, and also, particularly, Phil. We called Phil and went back and bought the Rogue. BEST. DEALERSHIP. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Faster I have ever bought a car. No BS. No forced up sales. No 3 hour back and forth. Great Customer Service!
