beware of this dealership, they told us the 2018 we purchased has a full factory warranty, including the aftermarket suspension that came with the car they sold us. Within the first week, the aftermar purchased has a full factory warranty, including the aftermarket suspension that came with the car they sold us. Within the first week, the aftermarket suspension was making scary vibrations and we took the car to another local dealer who told us that the suspension was loose and the car was dangerous to drive. They also told us the suspension did not include the factory warranty because it was aftermarket. My issue is that they misled us about the warranty and they sold us a car that was not checked before they put it on their lot to sell. Many attempts to contact them to resolve the warranty issue have resulted in zero returned calls. More

Hands down worth the drive if you aren't in the surrounding area! I have been to Volkswagen dealerships all over LA and this location is by far the BEST! I was almost ready to give up for the day going from dealership to dealership looking for the best deal on my 2015 Jetta and decided to make one last stop to VW Garden Grove; I am very happy that I did. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Redmond who made the process of selling my car quick and easy. Mr Redmond was the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with! Between Mr. Redmond and Mr. Ward I was offered even more than I was expecting for my car, and way over what any other VW dealership offered me. I at no point felt like I wasn't receiving anything but the best deal and service! After the sale was complete I expected to Uber myself home from the dealership; Mr. Ward went above and beyond any customer service expectations and offered me a ride home & a car to use while I completed my local errands for my move across country! This dealership really made my car selling experience seamless and if at any time I find myself back in California this would be my first stop for auto shopping! Seriously, if you go anywhere else you are doing yourself a disservice. More
