Find elsewhere to service your Fiat. They charged me an hour for diagnostics and we’re wrong. Claimed I needed 2 gaskets in excess of $900 to fix the oil leak. The vehicle I have is not leaking oil, it is coolant. I told them this when I took it in. I ended up taking it to a shop I trust and they said it is coolant before taking off the skid plate or oil pan. Service writers and technicians, I feel, are just trying to increase their labor hours. How can you not know the difference between oil and coolant?? If I were that bad at my job I’d be fired before lunch.
