I worked with James Shin at Porsche Stevens Creek. I purchased a 2022 Cayman GTS 4.0. The purchase went fairly seamlessly, but issues started to arise when I started to ask about registering the car in my home state of Washington. James informed me that they weren't going to do any of the registration work for me and that I would have to do it myself. Problems started when James wouldn't send me the correct documents. I needed the original documents back that were signed plus proof of title/or title documents to register the car. James continuously kept saying that I didn't need those and emailed me blurry scanned copies instead. After numerous trips to the licensing office with what James had sent me, I kept getting turned down and was told I needed original copies and a proof of title to register the car. I relayed this message countless times to James, but nothing was sent. It's been almost a month since I received the Cayman but I haven't been able to even drive it because I don't have the documents to register the car. I don't have a temp plate either, which they refused to give me. I keep getting ignored and told that they would get to it when they have time but still no help from Porsche Stevens Creek or James Shin. I don't know what to do now. I have purchased a car that I can't register or legally drive. I've contacted Porsche North America, and I am hoping they can help. Please avoid this dealership. Something doesn't seem right about this purchase. I am not sure if they didn't legally own the car or what but I've never experience this sort of lack of respect for a new customer.

My Aston Martin battery died on a Friday night and the service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the phone until 10pm . I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley.

I just purchased a 718 Cayman online from McKenna Porsche. We negotiated the price and shipping online, I flew in to test drive and finish the paperwork and was out in 75 minutes. Kasia Sarzynski is the perfect salesperson. Helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I have purchased many, many cars. McKenna Porsche is the only dealership where I would shop the dealer, and not the car.

My purchase of Porsche Macan GTX was outstanding-so easy. My salesman was Mark Wasserman and I can’t say enough good things about him. Mark was so knowledgeable about Porsche and listened to my needs and helped me pick the perfect car. No pressure! No sales pitch! No bs! He took his time going through the features with me, showing me how to use them. He even brought out a bowl and bottle of water for my dog before he even approached us on the car lot! Alex Dawson, Finance Manager was also through and made everything easy and pleasant. Great team at This dealership! I highly recommend talking to Mark Wasserman if you are looking for a Porsche-he will make your purchasing a very pleasant experience! The only thing that could be improved upon is if this dealership would put Michelin brand tires on the car instead on Continental brand🤗

Staff here is rude. I scheduled to fix a recall and when I arrived I was told I will have to keep my car there over the weekend and "I should've scheduled earlier if I wanted it the same day". They also don't have loaners. I rescheduled the appointment, but not one apologized for wasting my time. After this I had to wait to get out from the service and when there was one remaining car in front of me no one would come up to them. When finally someone showed up (I think it was Hector Contreras), I asked him to move the car so I can get out. He gave me the attitude and told me it is not his problem.

I have purchased two Porsches at this dealership. A Cayenne and a 911. The sales man was very knowledgeable and in general, they are very low pressure. Much nicer than Sonnen in Marin for example. I was able to reach him on a weekend once when my battery died in the 911 and he explained to me the steps to open the trunk without power! Saved the day. And he was off duty that day. I still have all my service done there as well. John is the Service Manager and does an excellent job. He keeps you informed and always has provided an excellent loaner Porsche. There may be others who complain, but if you go there and meet these people and experience them, you will see what I mean. This is a first class dealer.

We walked away from Marin dealership (closer to home) because they were everything but...
